Reviews
My choice, the Big Man breakfast, offered an impressive array of delectable items for a great value. Two perfectly cooked sunny-side-up eggs started the meal off on a high note. The sausage links were an instant hit, disappearing quickly from the plate, while the bacon proved to be equally delicious with its enticing flavor.
However, the ham was a bit of a disappointment for my personal taste, as it leaned heavily on the salty side, even for someone who enjoys a bit of saltiness in their meals.
As a breakfast enthusiast, I judge any breakfast house by their biscuits and gravy—a true litmus test of their culinary prowess. Although the biscuit was satisfying, being slightly denser than what I typically encounter, the gravy, unfortunately, left much to be desired. It lacked the savory depth and was somewhat bland, requiring the addition of salt, pepper and Louisiana hot sauce to enhance its flavor–hint to adding some depth.
The hash browns, on the other hand, were a standout triumph, boasting a perfect crispiness that was complemented by a delightful buttery taste.
The prices at this breakfast place were remarkably economical, a pleasant surprise considering the overall quality of the meal. The staff, friendly, attentive, and helpful, demonstrated a high level of professionalism, ensuring a positive front-of-house experience.
A unique and special treat was encountering Becky herself in the kitchen during our visit. The presence of plenty of locals further emphasized the establishment’s popularity and reputation. The eclectic antique picture of the original Becky’s proudly displayed was a testament to the rich history and long-standing tradition of the place. With such a loyal following, it leaves me intrigued to explore the non-breakfast menu items and further assess the culinary prowess of Becky’s.
In conclusion, the breakfast place delivered a charming and satisfactory dining experience. While some aspects of the meal may have fallen short of perfection, the warm atmosphere, friendly staff, and standout hash browns make this place worth another visit. A future exploration of their non-breakfast offerings may reveal even more culinary delights awaiting eager diners.

Kitchen had a residential stove along with a flat top. The stove had pots and CROCKPOT’s on it with food in it.
The western omelette had good flavor, but the biscuits were gross, I also added bacon and gravy.
The gravy was the consistency of WALLPAPER PASTE, and was gross.
My husband had the eggs and pork tenderloin. The tenderloin came from a package and was cooked beyond DRY.
