I eat out but rarely, but every visit to this restaurant has been a positive experience, with excellent customer service and high-quality food. Following a recommendation, I tried the Kirby salad with grilled chicken for the first time this week. The staff member at the counter was very helpful in discussing the salad to ensure it was what I wanted. The grilled chicken portion was smaller than I expected, but it was exceptionally flavorful. The salad itself was fresh, and the blend of ingredients was fantastic, especially the raspberry vinaigrette, which added the perfect balance of sweet and savory. This will definitely be one of my go-to salads!

I came in mad. Like angrily-doing-math-in-my-head mad. $50 for two burgers?! I almost turned around and walked out. But then… I took one bite of the Bills Burger and suddenly I understood. The heavens opened. A choir of cows sang in harmony. I swear the burger winked at me.
Was it expensive? Yes.
Was it worth it? Also yes.
Did I consider mortgaging my house to come back next week? Don’t judge me.

My dining companion and I decided to have an impromptu lunch. Ordering is at the counter and you seat yourself. We both had salads they were very fresh. It was quiet and the salads were huge. Will return.

I’ve really tried to like this place and usually only visit once or twice/year, but I won’t be returning. They cook their burgers a little under medium, so when I bit down into my burger it tasted so smooshy and gross I looked down and saw nothing but raw meat in the middle. Mortified, I called them immediately to explain the issue and the manager acted like I was bothering him. He also stated that’s how they cook their burgers and that CORPORATE informs the restaurants not to ask customers how they would like their burger cooked and just leave it as is. WHAT?! To which I replied, “sir, if I pull out the uncooked portion, I can make a whole burger.” Also they don’t ask if you would like any modifications to your burger and bathe both buns in mustard.Needless to say, he took down my name so I could have it remade and I tell you I cannot finish this burger. It tastes so gross and like it’s full of chemicals. It’s leaving this weird feeling on my teeth, and the flavor is just not there. It almost tastes fake. I will add though, that their shakes are amazing, which is why I gave them 2 stars. I added picks of the uncooked burger and the uneaten one

This location always gets it right. The service is excellent, the staff always has a smile, and the food is consistently good. I order Robert’s chicken and vegetables since it’s a healthy, yet delicious meal. The milkshakes at this location also come out perfectly every time. Keep up the great work!

For my 50th Birthday, I celebrated 50 ways… and Becks Prime was one of the highlights. Perfectly cooked steaks! They were so good, we tipped the guy on the grill!
We visited the Meyerland location and enjoyed our meal outside, under the umbrellas. Very attentive staff. Becks Prime is not for those who are ‘budget-conscious’. Fine quality grade meat.
