We walked in and spent 15 minutes waiting to get anyone to take our order (even though we were the only ones in the restaurant), but once we ordered the food came out fast. It was really good pizza and the garlic bread was amazing.

Travelling through to California and stopped in Beaver for the night and need some dinner for the family. Took our order 20 minutes before they were supposed to close, we ordered a large supreme and cheese sticks. We were all expecting mediocre pizza and were pleasantly surprised with some very delicious pizza! The large was actually a large pizza with generous amount of toppings and great crust. The owner was very friendly as well. All around a really good experience and great pizza!

The website says they deliver but when I called I was told “We don’t deliver tonight” it was on a Friday. The man that I was talking to on the phone was not nice at all. He acted like he really didn’t want to be talking to me at all. After I ordered the main pizzas because I decided we could just pick it up, I went to order their Funnel Cake pizza (I mean who doesn’t like the sound of THAT?!?) I was told “I don’t do the funnel cake pizza anymore” in a very quick and aggravated tone. I decided to try again with a dessert pizza and ordered the Apple Crisp dessert pizza “I am all out of dessert pizzas for the night” I called at about 6:15 in the evening. I decided to just go for it anyway and stick with the regular pizzas. After some thought I decided I was treated wrong and tried to call and cancel. I tried to call for 10 minutes. A message would play and I would call right back. I couldn’t get through to cancel my order. I was truly disappointed.

I almost didn’t try it because of one bad review. Boy would that have been a mistake…! This is some of the best pizza I’ve ever had! And my wife wasn’t even in the mood for pizza, but she agreed that the pizza was incredible (so I know it wasn’t just me getting my pizza fix). And, the prices are cheaper than Papa Johns! I usually go to Papa Johns for pizza, but I was passing through and they don’t have one anywhere near the hotel I’m staying at. Now I’m really wishing they had a Freestyle Pizza chain in Idaho Falls. The pizza is very homestyle, and it doesn’t leave you hungrier than when you started eating (like many pizza places that use MSG). The atmosphere of the sit-in area was also impressive, and had a couple antique arcades. And one thing I don’t understand about the only bad review on this place… If a person is so lazy that they can’t drive half a mile to pick up the pizza themselves, then why do they suddenly have the energy afterward to take their family to a fast-food restaurant, and then write a terrible review of a place that made an honest error? I mean who even gives a place a one star without even trying the food??? (Sorry, I’m just a little peeved that I almost didn’t try this place!)

My experience with this guys is horrible.
Let me first say I was staying at best western paradise inn, with my wife and 2 kids.
We ordered giant pizza with half mushroom at 8:20pm. I was told it will arrive between 30-40 minutes- fine with me.
I had confirmed the hotel name and address- apparently there are 2 hotels of the same name in their delivery area, gave the room number, name and phone number.
After 40 minutes I tried calling 4 times to no avail!
They never showed up. I waited until 9:35 And nothing. I had to go across the street at McDonald’s which is last on my list but had to feed my family. Thank god I’m not from here, perhaps that’s why they didn’t care to come.
My recommendation don’t bother ordering from them to your hotel room. When called the front desk to check if anyone dropped my pizza, I got the feeling it wasn’t the first time this happened. I guess they flaked on more people. Too bad for business.

On top of having really good food at a reasonable price, the customer service in this establishment is top notch. I stopped for the night at a nearby motel and went looking for food, only to find most places closed. However, Freestyle Pizza’s doors were still open, and although they were in the closing process after hours, they made me a meal while they were cleaning and gave good conversation to boot. Couldn’t hope for a more friendly – and tasty – restaurant.

We were traveling through Beaver and ordered pizza. Free Style Pizza called us back because they did not have some of the items we ordered. So I asked them to just cancel our order and we ordered pizza somewhere else. Then we got home from our trip and I get my credit card bill in the mail. The charge for the order we canceled was still on the bill. I called the owner and he said that they couldn’t cancel it, I had to call the credit card company. I said I would, but I asked why no one at Free Style Pizza had called me to let me know that they were unable to cancel it and I had to cancel it myself? He didn’t have an answer for me and didn’t offer any help in resolving the problem.

The pizza is delicious!!! Best Pizza in UT! A must if you’re in Beaver or driving past and need somewhere to eat! The owner is also super dope and friendly! Same with the workers. Overall an amazing pizza parlor!

Callled an hour ahead but couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. I decided to drive over and order but after waiting at the counter for several minutes (ringing the bell and calling out) I walked back to the kitchen and found the owner standing there. I thought he was going to take my order as I was in a rush, instead the phone rang and he proceeded to take an order right in front of me! Needless to say I walked out. In my opinion the pizza is ok but not worth being treated like that.
