The shrimp po-boy is great. The shrimp is the star of the show with delicious lemonade and fresh baked bread. Check out his specials on his Instagram. They are fabulous. He has pictures at the truck as well. The hushpuppies are fabulous, the fish is delicious. You’ll definitely want to come back repeatedly to try something new. This is the local handcrafted seafood place you’ve been looking for. This is the kind of place I’ve never been able to find at the coast.

Got a chance to try Beaux Southern Seafood and it was a delicious trip down South. The fried catfish plate came out golden and flaky, and their jumbo shrimp po’boy with remoulade sauce was perfectly balanced. Also dug into their shrimp & grits — creamy, comforting, and full of flavor.
The setting is cozy and unpretentious, which works well for this style of food. Staff were welcoming and quick to answer menu questions (especially about spice levels and daily catches). A great spot for southern seafood done right.

Was not expecting this gem of a spot in our backyard. The food was incredible. We only tried the alligator poboy this round and it really blew our mind away! The french fries were also really good. Could use a little less salt PS. Otherwise absolutely try this spot. It’s incredible. As you can see we ate before Instagram did.

Y’all this is the seafood spot! This is how seafood should be done right here! We had a few different things to share and each was absolutely delicious. That coleslaw is acidic and fresh. Those hush puppies were huge and delicious and shrimp were huge and amazing! We also tried the alligator, fish and crab cake avocado and I’d recommend to give any of them a try! I’m not from Buda but it will be a go to place any time I’m in town! Great job! *clapping hands*

Delicious and reasonably priced. Loved the food, and there’s a nice place to sit outside to eat. The hushpuppy in my photo already has a bite taken out because it smelled so good. We just couldn’t wait. I will definitely be eating here again!

Today I ordered the crab cake po’ boy with a side of fries. This is exactly what gives food trucks a great name. The inside of the bread was toasted and there was a very healthy amount of crab cake. The sandwich had lettuce and tomato and a little chipotle mayor. The flavors were rich, dense, and definitely soulfully throughout. The fries were great. They had a hint of lobster flavor and just enough salt to make each bite tingle. Highly recommended!

I’m not a big seafood person. That’s more the wife and kid. But since Beaux moved to their new location off 1626 they came up in a search for close by restaurants and they wanted to try it. Great decision.
We tried quite a few things. The diablos (bacon wrapped shrimp and jalapeños), crab cakes, fried shrimp box, fried gumbo box and the gumbo. All very good. Portions were excellent, and the shrimp were BIG. Like really, you can get used to the baby shrimp shrimplettes that a lot of places serve. Not here.
The only minor complaint that I could come up with was that the gumbo as definitely prepped for middle of the road tastes. But they gave us some salt and seasonings to make it to our liking and it came out great.
If you like seafood, definitely give them a try. If you’re not big on seafood but can at least enjoy it, then treat the seafood lovers in your group here.

The food never disappoints. We’ve tried everything, but our family favorites are, for sure, Fish and Chips, Fish Tacos, Scallop and Shrimp Pontchartrain, Crawfish Etouffee, and all the Baskets. So good!!

A co-worker told my husband about this place so we decided to try it. The food was not good at all. We couldn’t eat it. Salt is a flavor enhancer not a replacement for the flavor itself. As you can see from the pictures this is what we were served. We live less than 5mins down the road so it didn’t have to travel far at all. The crawfish fettuccini was extremely salted and had little crayfish in the pasta, as you can see. The $12 peacemaker had 3 shrimp with no breading and 2 soggy wet fried oysters. The bread was soaking wet and mushy. We ask for no salt on the fries but that didn’t happen. They were extremely salty. The chips were hard, stale, salty and old. The crawfish queso was salty and a watery. This meal was in no way worth the $50 we paid for it. We are more than disappointed and wasted our money because we had to eat elsewhere, this food was not edible or appetizing. My question is, would you serve this looking like this and tasting like this to your family? I’m pretty sure you wouldn’t. Why would you serve it to your customers? We will never ever eat here again!!!!! We want our money back!!!
