the food is terrible and so is the coffee. atmosphere is not as cozy as real Starbucks or any of the other coffee shops around here, and the whole place smells absolutely rank. food is reheated Collin Street Bakery stuff and they ONLY have high tables to sit at, no comfortable seating anywhere. place is also like a store rather than a cozy coffee shop, there’s clothes racks and the fluorescent lighting makes it incredibly uncomfortable to sit at. doesn’t even have all the options from the real Starbucks. the parking situation is also terrible, there’s not room to back out or pull in.
not even worth the effort of going to. you’ll find me going across town to the actual starbucks before i stop here again.

Abysmal and a scam. Charges 0.85$ for whole milk, uncomfortable and disappointing atmosphere. Utter lack of effort to present themselves as a respectable business with awful service and really middling coffee and food all of it is recycled from Collins Street Bakery AND marked up for the same pastries . Not worth the money, or the effort, or the irritation when Mita’s, Starbucks AND Timbers all have a business much more worth spending your money on. (They literally charge more for OLD Collins street bakery handouts)

We went in on a Saturday with 10 minutes to spare before closing time so we could get a t-shirt. The lady at the register was so pleasant. We apologized for coming in at the last minute, and she was so gracious. But we did not overstay our welcome. We will definitely be back because she didn’t make us feel rushed.
Great customer service, a smile on her face, and a Thank you Come again when we left! Wish more places were like that.

Disappointed is an understatement, drove here for gear for signing day and the employees decided to close early! The hours are posted until 6 and once we walked in at 5:20, they told us “sorry we closed the register” I mentioned the hours said 6, they said “sorry we closed 30 minutes early” very disappointed!

Great coffee and nice staff. Prices are a bit expensive, but that should be expected at a Starbucks, especially one with college merchandise. What shouldn’t be expected, however, is that they do not accept Starbucks gift cards. I’m guessing this has something to do with them being operated by the college.

Majorly overpriced “Starbucks.” One venti Tazo Earl Gray for almost three dollars? No. Just no. They act like they have no clue one can drive 20 minutes to Ennis to a “real” Starbucks get the better stuff for half the price or less (including the gas to get there). Seriously, just drive to Ennis to get your Starbucks fix. Your taste buds and your day will appreciate it.

this is a decent little gift store for Navarro college. It is also a place where you can get a decent cup of coffee and it is generally and not crowded at all at this location especially during the off-peak times. You can get some apparel here and some other gifts as well. It is situated a little bit away from the college

I ordered a venti white chocolate mocha with whole milk, I even ask when she handed it to me if whole milk was used, it tasted almost like water, which means it was 2 percent or fat free , 5 bucks down the drain
