Hostess was friendly and seated us right away, waitress came and got our drinks order very quickly. She brought back our drinks and took our order. We didn’t have to wait very long and our food came out piping hot. I had the Kentucky Burger, cooked to perfection along with some Cole slaw, and my wife just had the Bacon Cheese Fries which she really enjoyed. Reasonable prices, excellent food, very good waitress by the name of Chapel! I am sure we will go back!

I ate there last week for the first time since they have been open. I must say it was a great experience.The hostess/waitress was very friendly and seated me immediately. I ordered the fried mushroom appetizer and it was delicious. How did they figure out that you need to season the batter! They were very good. I tried the bone in wings with two flavors, Lemon Pepper (which is a dry seasoning put on after frying) and I want to say bourbon ? My only complaint is that the wings weren’t tossed in the sauce or the seasoning. Now having said that, they were still very,very good. I will be going back s time allows

Went 2-3 weeks after the opening, had extra charges on my ticket, worst waitress/service I’ve ever encountered. I did not EVER plan to go back. But I went back this past Saturday around noon and sat outside with 3 friends. Our waitress was very friendly & super helpful. She checked on us every few minutes along with the family next to us. The wings were better. No extra charges on my ticket. I’m glad I gave this place a second chance. Seems the staff has been retrained. I plan to be back.

This is an edit to the review I left earlier which is below this paragraph. We had a bad experience the first time we went here shortly after they opened. We wanted to wait a while to return and see if they could straighten things out. We went back this week and it was an about face….they completely redeemed themselves. Service was with a smile, timely, and the food was good. We will definitely return! Glad you guys turned it around!
Food items are misrepresented, and our service was poor. I order boneless chicken wings, but what I got was chunks of chicken breasts….I ordered wings because I wanted wings not breasts. Waiter basically disappeared after we ordered, and when we finally saw him we had to ask for our food…and it had been a while. Convenient location, but use the gas to go a little further or you’re wasting your money.

Tutu Trip
Arrive Saturday at 1110 orders were Kentucky Burger with the Honey Sourdough Bun with onion rings and Carolina Dog with fries. My husband liked the dog and would order it again. My burger was juicy and warm and the sauce is sweet and delicious. I love the honey sourdough bun and it’s a must upgrade! Onion rings were good but on the verge of being too cold to eat. We plan to visit again and try something else.

My husband and I came to eat here on Memorial day, around 3pm. The ladies were all very friendly and our server Chapel, (I think her name was) was lovely. All our food was hot, drinks were cold. Some of y’all complaining about the wings are a bunch of Divas. They were covered in sauce, and the cheese fries had cheese melted all the way down to the bottom of the pan. Stop. Haha The bacon was crispy and those fried green tomatoes were SO good!

This food never disappoints me. I love the teriyaki and bourbon sauces. The hot dogs are so delicious. Grilled tenders are out of this world. The burgers are big so I have only ever had maybe two Kentucky burgers but they did not disappoint. Just like any new location there were kinks like getting my sauces right and drinks refilled but the food is the ultimate reason I keep going back and it NEVER DISAPPOINTS me. I love these people and the place 🙂

Went for dinner tonight and the new way to order isn’t good at all!! I liked the sit down restaurant style before, now it just feels like a Zaxbys. I was excited for a restaurant style place but now it’s a glorified fast food joint.
Service wasn’t good at all!!! We ordered a appetizer and it came out 2 minutes before our food did. And the bacon cheese fries were lacking of cheese and bacon. Once our food came out we never saw I server again. We had to wave someone down just for forks and a knife, which we never got the knife. We had to get up and refill our own drinks and find someone to ask for a to go box.
We were told a side salad was a side to go with wings but wasn’t told it would cost extra and wasn’t told that the kids meal didn’t come with a drink. We were over charged for a drink for my toddler.
And being asked to tip when ordering my food and I hadn’t even sat down yet. Make sure you check your order receipt.
All the complaints I heard from other people in regards to the new way to order and the service makes me feel that Beaus will go downhill fast.
I don’t think I will go back again and even told my husband and his friend not to go tonight and to go somewhere else to watch the hockey game.
Only giving 3 stars because the food was good.

The food is great, but service is very slow here. Don’t be surprised if, even when doing a to-go order you still wait almost 40 minutes for your food.
Also sometimes the portion size isn’t the same. I’ve ordered ‘regular’ sized on traditional wings and had half the platter full & other times only gotten like 8 wings. It’s a shame really because this area needs good restaurants.

Three of us went to try it out. Disappointed is all I can say. French fries, onion rings and the wings cold. Wings tasted good. Fish overcooked. The person that dropped our food off, put it down and walked away. No is there anything you need? Ketchup, tarter sauce and celery would have been good. Our waitress kindly asked if we wanted a manager. Our response was no, we are going to wait a few weeks, give it another try and go from there. Hoping this place will work out the bugs and be a good place to eat. Prices are definitely high.
