Stopped here between layovers for a quick bite and drink. We split a bottle of Prosecco, the tomato basil soup, and a sandwich. The kitchen was accommodating when I asked for chicken instead of turkey on my sandwich. Rebecca was so friendly and accommodating. It was the perfect way to start vacation!

Do not go to this place. I went to have a couple drinks to kill time between flights. I ordered two old fashioneds . When I got the bill, I was charged for doubles. I asked the bartender, RAUL, why he charged me for doubles, as I did not order doubles. He said all the drinks are doubles. Well that answer did not satisfy me whatsoever. I have never heard or experienced that being a “thing” anywhere. I believe he’s trying to get a fast one on travelers. I left him no tip as a result. I took a picture of the receipt as I felt like there could be a chance he would add a tip for himself. Well, the charge finally went through. And RAUL tipped himself $8 more. I drew a line through the tip section and clearly wrote out the total I agreed to pay for. The charge to my card is exactly $8 more than the signed receipt. There is no way he could have mistook $59 for $51. Find another place with an honest bartender who is not a THIEF, like RAUL.

awful even for an airport wine bar. I thought I would be somewhat safe with tomato mozzarella flatbread but this is like someone’s nightmarish recreation of a Lunchable. Bread so soggy it’s like it was left in the rain and the mealy tomatoes of the deepest circle of hell. They were also out of almost their entire wine menu. I wish I’d just zoned out in the terminal rocking chairs.

I’m not impressed what so ever.
It was easy to walk in and get a set even though they would take you to your sets. The severs are really nice. A few hiccups, they forgot what I ordered. They finally bring me my wine. I picked a more fruity wine, and it tastes horrible!!! First of all, it is warm as hell. The flavor is stale, and it’s sour. The more I sip it, the sick I feel.
There are about 4 servers and 1 bartender, and I feel like I barely see any of them. There’s a wall that seethrew, and I can hear the servers and see them all just being back there. About 40m later, I finally got my food. And it was underwhelming. The fact that this sandwich was $19 is ridiculous. The hole experience was just painful. Now I have been waiting for the check for about 10-15m.
I don’t recommend eating here. There are better options.

Had the Tomato and Mozzarella Flat Bread and a side Greek Salad…

The Flatbread was good, but not great…as it seemed like the bread was a little stale…but other than that, tasty and a nice presentation.

The Greek Salad was very tasty and fresh.

The Server did a pretty good job and was good at answering a few questions.

This place is probably better than most places in the airport.

Beaudevin at CLT Airport — Shady Pricing & Confused Staff

Stopped by Beaudevin during a layover at Charlotte Douglas Airport and got charged $8 more than the menu price for a drink. When I asked the bartender, he couldn’t explain it—just said the price on the bill was different than what’s listed on the menu. Apparently, the ingredients weren’t the same as what’s printed, but that wasn’t disclosed anywhere nor was I told until I got the billed and confronted the bartender.
I order a black Kahluah for 14.99 as mention in the online menu and was charged $24.89!

This kind of pricing bait-and-switch is shady and unacceptable, especially in an airport where travelers don’t have time to dispute surprise charges. If you value transparency and respect for your wallet, skip Beaudevin. Not recommended for any traveler passing through CLT.

What’s worse than a nice looking restaurant that only allows you to order on the phone instead of interact with a human?
One that makes you go through the phone order but doesn’t allow it to confirm until a waiter is with you. If I’m going to wait for a waiter, why can’t they tell me about the food and take my order?
What a customer hating system.
You saved yourself one waiter less per shift but ensure customers won’t want to come back.
Shame because the food was nice.

We had a nice charcuterie board and sparkling rose’ between planes, and it was nice, not overly crowded which allowed us to chill.

It’s in the atrium, so it’s easily accessible from all gates.

Bon appetit!

I stopped in just to grab a bit and kill time. The atmosphere was nice and the drinks were good. The food was also good although a tad underwealming. Besides there not being much on the menu to begin with, the grilled cheese panini wasn’t as cheesy as you’d expect from a grilled cheese. It us a bit pricey but if you are looking for drinks it is worth it. I honestly think I’d just get sushi at the sushi bar across from it if I get hungry next time.

Beware folks! Someone (server?) added an extra $5 to our $10 tip when they processed our credit card ticket, giving her a 30% tip for one charcuterie board for two people! Very underhanded and dishonest. I reported to American Express. Pay cash if you choose to dine here.
