I have a few suggestions for better service. When customers walk in take them to a table and set the menus on the table, don’t ask them what they want to drink before they are seated.. The server was friendly, but after bringing our food he never came back to the table. He offered no refill on drinks, we had to go up to the counter to get a box for leftovers. He never brought our bill. We could hear him having a conversation in the back with his fellow employee. Probably for 10 to 15 minutes. A customer came in with his dog “not a service animal “. Pets don’t belong in restaurants. The server talked with this man and proceeded to pet the dog. He never checked on us again. When we paid our bill he is drinking a sods as he is checking us out. He was friendly and the food was good but his customer service skills need improvement. We were excited that they had opened back up, we probably won’t go back because of the customer service.

Not very crowded when we went in and out of some key menu items (pasta). A little overpriced for the quality (10$ for 6 mozz sticks, If you get marinara and ranch dipping sauce it’ll cost you extra). Pizza was good. Crispy pan style crust.

Wow! Phenomenal! This place is immaculately clean, and you can even look into the kitchen from the outside, it is spotless. Fred Bear themed. Lots of cool memorabilia to enjoy. We got the 18″ “100 pounder” 100 Pepperoni’s and a Lb of cheese. One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. Servers were terrific. Can’t wait to take our friends back there, and it’s only 6 miles from our home in Grayling.
April 16th 2020. Thank goodness they are still open during the covid-19 thing! We picked up a pizza and large koala bread there today and it was fabulous!

Had the antipasto salad both times I could not find salami it was cut too small smaller than dime lots of lettuce and pepper rings and maybe 8-10 pepperoni. The just to have the best salad would order large on Saturday to little over weekend lit open on Tuesday I am not coming in for a while till you review your antipesto salad.

We were driving up to Mackinac and decided to stop for some pizza. We really liked it – very tasty pizza and koala sticks (cheesesticks). Service was fast and they have an interesting atmosphere – there’s a car in the restaurant! We’d absolutely stop there again.

It is one of the BEST tasting pizzas anywhere with a crisp crust. They offer several pies all based on a bear theme and the really load topping up. Each topping is fresh and fine cut with consistency. The Bear cheese bread is also very good with a hint of garlic butter.

Placed a order for delivery, it arrived before they said and that is good. We had the white bear pizza and it was good. Lots of lettuce and tomatoes. We also had an order of the Koala sticks, they where not as good. They were flat, I mean flat. They had a good seasoning on them but they tasted like they were stale and old. We ate them. We know this is under new management and will be back again.

I had no idea it existed. I just stumbled upon it when I stopped to make a call. To my great luck I walked in at 2pm asked to make an order and sat down. People were super friendly and the pizza was fantastic. My favorite part is the restaurant is filled with personal belongings of Fred Bear, even his last car! Such a cool place, I will be stopping by again.
