Bearology never disappoints with their service, food and drink quality, exclusive merch quality, and overall friendly atmosphere! I went to their Mugen Train experience and loved it, and they nailed it again with this one.
The Demon Slayer Infinity Castle pop up recently opened and I went twice already and both times I had so much fun, the staff actually having a major part in making it fun, they are so friendly, high energy, and seem like they enjoy the job the manager went to every table made sure everything was ok, checking up on his workers, like can you get any more wholesome atmosphere? I went both times right when they open on Sunday morning and there was no wait, we were seated immediately, and I went both times with a group of 4, then 8.
It so surprising and impressive how much detail they put into such little space. From the lanterns, the crows, the lighting color of the store, the music, the cutouts, everything was great. And the more epic trip to the bathroom you’ll ever have, (you’ll know what I mean when you go haha I won’t spoil it)
I’ve tried the 3 Demon Drinks and they are soooooooooo good. The snack tower is such a cool concept. The pork sliders were cooked to perfection and was even delicious cold (I took too long taking pics and videos lol) Their ramen is also so good, the spam, eggs, and spice of the ramen was a delicious combo.
If you are a demon slayer fan, you must have a visit! It can get crowded in the weekends so reserve a weekday evening if possible! If you are a party of 2, be prepared to be seated with another party of 2 as they do their best to utilize every space available! But you’re there with fellow demon slayer fans at least! I personally enjoyed talking to people there! And who knows, you may catch some cosplayers arriving!

I saw this demon slayer themed Boba shop on instagram and was intrigued it, I decided to visit it. I was asked at the door if I have a reservation to get a table, if I don’t have a reservation, I can only order takeout. The whole Demon Slayer Infinity Castle theme was interesting. The place is pretty small but the way they decorated with mirrors make it look big. I asked how long they’ll have this them up and was told the infinity castle theme will be up until July 31.

I visited Bearology for the Demon Slayer theme. Unfortunately the experience was disappointing overall.
I went in the first or second day after it opened to the public, so it was understandably packed. However, despite having a 6:45 PM reservation, we weren’t seated until about 7:20 PM. We noticed an available table around 7:05 PM, but it left dirty with no staff taking care of it, which added to the wait time. Also, the table we got seated on was sticky…
We ordered multiple items including the snack tower and two ramen bowls. The menu describes the ramen flavors as “soup-based,” which they essentially meant it was just the soup flavoring without the actual protein. For example, the chicken ramen and roasted beef ramen did not contain chicken nor beef, it was just the soup with chicken / beef flavor.
I also added extra toppings (cheese, spam, and corn). When my ramen arrived after 30 mins of waiting, the spam and corn were missing. I mentioned it to the server right away, he said they were underneath the noodles. After checking again and still not finding them, I had to walk over and ask for assistance. They eventually took my bowl back and added spam and corn. This truly required extra effort and unnecessary time on my part.
We requested containers for ramen leftovers. They said they only have paper boxes. Putting ramen with broth into a paper container was quite impractical.
We also purchased one of the plushies advertised as licensed product. However, it was kinda low quality (the plushie was hard and felt like cheap product). Strong fans might still enjoy it though…
Overall, it was a disappointing visit considering how excited we were for the theme and experience. I hope the service flow, menu clarity, and product quality improve over time because the concept has a lot of potential.

First time here. Gloria was great and very informative! I love that the store has collaborated themes that switch out every few months. The atmosphere is very inviting like it’s great for a date or a nice place to hang out. Just wished the cup sizes were bigger!

The Demon Slayer Mugen Train pop-up was so much fun!! Cool decor, awesome exclusive products and the food was good!! We had a blast! We had a reservation and walked right in. Great service from everyone working there and food came quickly!

If you’re coming here, it’s going to be mostly for the little experience of seeing all the Demon Slayer merch and decorations. The drinks tasted like straight syrup and any other boba or cafe will have better food and drinks. I was there for the Demon Slayer collab so I knew what I was getting into. Bought a nice collectible cup and poster. The reservation was $10 per person and it went to paying for the $20 drinks so at least it was a decent price if you were just going to get a collectible cup.
The workers and people there were really nice and were very welcoming.
Definitely a go one time kinda deal. I would recommend just getting a drink and sitting down while enjoying the atmosphere with friends.
Save your money to go to an actual restaurant that serves quality food.

I’ve never paid so much to make my own ramen. If I had known I would have had to make my own lunch standing in the middle of the aisle, having to navigate staff passing me with trash cans I would have made other plans. The idea might have been good but there was no good experience here. The staff wasn’t rude but why did we tip them not to make our food or bring it to us? We drove a long way thinking this would be something really cool and it was more like eating at my Jr college cafeteria. Actually, my Jr college cafeteria had better food.

I debate giving this Bearology a 3 or 4. I’d say it’s a 3.5 if anything. 5 stars for the staff and decor, set up, it’s really a nice set up. The 3 due to lack of available merchandise and the quality of the drinks and food.
This review is both for their normal menu and the Delon Slayer Mugen train experience. Prices are definitely priced as a money grab, but you expect that with these types of events/pop-ups. $25 for the tumbler that includes a drink and blind pack credit card cover. $25 for the Nezuko color changing mug.
Sadly the one thing I really wanted, the apron for $50 was sold out. Looks like the bento boxes were sold out as well as I I saw people get food in a simple Togo container.
For the Demon slayer experience, I highly recommend trying to get a reservations from opentable. You put down $10/person but you get the credit back during your experience. They do accept walk ins but expect 90min and longer waits. We saw people there before we arrived and still waiting after we left. Reservations is also the way to get the ticket cards if that’s something you want. There’s challenges you can complete while there.
Our reservations were for Sunday at 2:30pm. We arrived early at 2:15 and were seated promptly at 2:30. As stated while making the reservations, parties of 3 or less will share a booth. Not a problem for a party of two, but it can get really tight when they try to squeeze 3 people in a double booth. Beautiful decor and they set the ambiance perfectly. Love the train feel and the moving screens.
Now for actual food and drinks reviews. Their drinks are way too sweet and you can’t say their tea, there’s barely any tea taste at all in their drinks. We got the strawberry green tea, even less sweet, you can’t taste the tea and it’s overly sweetened.
The tumbler, we got the strawberry lychee milk tea. I think these are premade in big batches and again it’s just overly sweetened. It tastes like strawberry milk. No tea and hints of the lychee. Cute tumbler, not even close to being “worth” the price.
The sword churro was fine, $8, nothing special but comes in a paper handle.
Mango mouse was good, probably my favorite item. Very cute.
Overall it was a fun experience, I’d come back for some other experiences in the future (sad I missed the Arcane one). I wouldn’t come for just drinks/desserts though

Came here with friends on the first day of the Demon Slayer: Mugen Train pop-up event, excited to kick it off with some themed food and drinks. The best part was definitely meeting other fans who share the same love for Demon Slayer. The vibe among attendees was fun and welcoming.
That said, everything else felt like a money grab. We ordered the churro, grilled onigiri with tuna salad, and the drinks—which were $25 each. On top of that, we had to pay for a reservation (which counted as credit toward the bill), but even with that, the night ended up costing the three of us around $100.
The drinks were okay, the food was nothing special, and the overall experience didn’t really match the hype or price. Unless you’re a hardcore fan who just wants to say you went, it’s a pretty expensive way to show your love for the series.
