This restaurant has some of the nicest, loving crew ever. One of the greatest caring manager we have ever made through all of the USA. Thank you Steven, Fabian, Iva, Tania, Esther and Jasmine. You are all rock stars and consistently friendly and caring. We visited and ordered food from this restaurant for almost two weeks.
My son loves the kids menu, portions are not as big, he eats 2 or 3 meals per sitting. Kids menu is excellent, my son loves it all, favorite is burger and the chicken.
Excellent fish (halibut) and chips, the Swiss mushroom, the carnivore burger, the stuffed cheese burger all excellent burgers, the taco salad great, minestrone soup excellent, the donut holes dessert excellent and the brownie with vanilla ice cream. We’ve tried some appetizers that were not as great and not worth the mentions. Sweet potatoe fries really good. Burgers are great!

5s all around. The only way I can see someone giving it a 4 is they ordered the wrong thing. Alaskan grilled salmon with sweet potato fries and broccoli is the way to go! Don’t skip the dessert. The cheesecake tonight was hot honey peach. It was amazing

I usually order the AK fish and chips as they are easily the best I’ve had in Anchorage. I tried the meatloaf and was surprised by how it was grilled. It was delicious and had a denser texture than I expected without being dry, as close to a steak, like a new york cut, without being a steak. It was flavorfull and juicy. The broccoli was done perfectly, with just the right amount of crunch. The mashed potatoes were smooth and savory a great match with the meatloaf.

Bear Paw Bar & Grill hit the spot for a quick drink and bite.
I loved the atmosphere most, where the wildlife decor (like bears and mooseheads) gave it a cozy cabin feel, and the whole aesthetic was warm and inviting. The bar was the perfect place to sit solo, especially with the lively, friendly bartenders who made me feel right at home.
Despite it being a busy Friday night, my food came out incredibly fast.
The garlic parmesan fries were honestly the best I’ve ever had. They were very flavorful and garlicy.
The reindeer jalapeno poppers were delicious too, but definitely spicy (just a heads-up if you’re sensitive to heat).
I was pleasantly surprised at the selection of local craft beers and ciders. The cider I had was delicious.
Service was top-notch; the bartenders were super attentive, and when I asked for a box and the check, it was handled quickly and smoothly. Everyone around me seemed to be having a great time too.

The beef meat on the taco salad was tough and greasy. The grilled blackened Salman sandwich was oily. Was not expecting that from this rated place.

We had a party of around 13, and they did a great job of getting us seated, drinks ordered, and food ordered. Both the drinks and food came out quickly for how busy the place was and how large our party was. I had the halibut tacos with fries, and got the Italian baked sub and calamari to go. Everything was amazing and no one in the group had anything bad to say!

Great food and cozy atmosphere! We tried the ribs, garlic white chicken pizza, and a bison burger, everything was tasty, but the Alaskan halibut with baked potato was the standout. A delicious twist on fish and chips. Highly recommend!

Well, you can see the food. Delish! As for the beers, get yourself a flight. 4 beer minis of what you would like and can’t decide. Then get your favorite in a 16 or larger. They do have lunch special before 2 pm. We may be getting that today. This way, we have room for their dessert . Ps, if you love onion rings,… go for the up grade. They are thick, not over oily. Oh, goodness.

Meatloaf Dinner: Everything was great except the broccoli which was undercooked.
Fish and chips: Overall it was good but the Halibut needed salt.
