Went on a Saturday during downtime and it was such a vibe. Service was great and the barista obviously cared about the craft of the coffee. I got a 1/2 salty caramel oat milk latte, hot, and I was satisfied it (huckleberry roasters). Pastry case was well stocked and the strawberry poptart was worth the cost (filling was fresh and plentiful). Music was good as well. Could hold about max 45 people inside. Big patio outside. Serves alcoholic beverages. Excited to come back and read / write.

We loved this coffee shop! The atmosphere is inviting, cozy, and quiet. It is a perfect place to work, study, or chat with a friend. The barista was friendly, and seemed very knowledgeable. We tried one of their house made syrups for the fall season: toasted pecan. I highly recommend! I would love to come back and try some of their other flavors and their pastries!

Great drinks, great atmosphere, I drop in here weekly while my sone does break dancing lessons next door.
Staff is very nice, vibe is chill, quiet. All around a great place to hang or get some focus time.
And you don’t leave smelling like coffee like a few hours in other coffeshops (I’m looking at you, Sbucks!)
You should def try Bear.

Very nice coffee shop! Chill atmosphere with pretty emo ballad vibes. It had a large front patio that would be perfect to hang out on with the upcoming fall cool down. Also, the coffee was not overly sweetened (which is my personal preference) with good homemade syrup options. Also, we very friendly staff.

The hot chocolate and tea were great! I got a vegetarian burrito and, though I could tell it was healthy, it was veerrryyy underseasoned. I had to get salt and pepper packets from my car and that made it 1000x better. I couldn’t finish the other half when I ran out of the packets. Even just a bit more salt would go a loooong way. Service was pretty okay! Glad they have vegetarian options, but that’s my only feedback is season the burrito a bit more. Maybe I just got one that happened to be unseasoned ♀️

☕ Bear Necessities Coffee Review — Twice a year, while my wife is at her nearby appointment, I make a beeline for Bear Necessities (we don’t live close by). It’s become my ritual: a smooth, rich Americano paired with a pastry that never disappoints.
The vibe here is exactly what you want in a coffee spot—relaxed, welcoming, and friendly. Inside, there’s plenty of seating for settling in with a book or laptop. Step outside, though, and you’ll find the real gem: a spacious, fenced-in patio that shines in crisp fall weather.
And here’s the twist—Bear Necessities isn’t just about coffee. They also serve beer and other drinks, making it a perfect spot to unwind no matter the time of day.
If you’re anywhere near the area, don’t miss it. Bear Necessities is the kind of place you’ll look forward to returning to, whether it’s part of your routine or a happy discovery.

This place became our favorite coffee spot nearly immediately after our first visit. Peak vibes and amazing drinks (you HAVE to try the house-made chai). Taylor makes our order perfectly every time. And I love how Bear Necessities supports the community. Definitely recommend stopping in here whenever you’re nearby.

Locally owned coffee shop which I seek out. Coffee americano was carefully crafted and balanced flavor. Positive mood and fri3ndly service made this a trip worth taking. Easy access off highway. Has fresh baked goods. No fancy coffee here. Fair pricing.

New in the area and saw the great reviews of this coffee shop which didn’t fail us. We were greeted by our friendly barista and had our coffee prepared in a short amount of time.
The pricing was normal, and they also offered oat milk without an up charge for lactose friends.
Would definitely recommend!!
