Since 2006, Karen’s chicken has been known as just that, Karen’s chicken. Operating as a joint effort by Karen (Bear) and brother Simeon (Bones), just one time a year for an oh-so-short weekend, their foodie event has always been a local gathering spread through word of mouth, and driven by repeat customers that can’t get enough of the family’s secret recipe… but now, we are exited to announce the launch of BRBQ (Get it?), a weekend family project turned “Grub” cart!
