So cute and yummy. This was my first time here and I will definitely be returning. I got a medium raspberry matcha latte and a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. The matcha was delicious but not a very strong raspberry flavor. The sandwich was small but good. It was super cheesy and messy. They have a good sized menu for how small the shop is.

I have been to this BeanThru location multiple times, and they never miss. They have fantastic lattes, and my fiancée and I always look forward to the newest seasonal menu. The service is fast and efficient, and everyone that works here is very nice and welcoming. I highly recommend this location for quality coffee to start your day!

I had hoped that by leaving a review management/ownership would be more inclined to address problems customers are experiencing. That’s why I left a review instead of calling in and asking for a remake, refund, etc. I am surprised in the choice to attack a reviewer who has been a loyal customer for over four years.
I have never asked for a refund, only asked for a remake when all I or my spouse could taste was the milk, but your unprofessional response as either an owner or manager has ensured that I will never give BeanThru another try. I am also surprised at the absurd suggestion to support a large corporation over small businesses.
I was willing to give BeanThru another shot because of the great coffee you used to offer for years, but being attacked by a local business I was eager to support until today is very unexpected and unprofessional.
For management’s records: the one time I know of getting a refund, it was done without my request. I called in and asked for a remake to be made because I couldn’t taste the espresso in a triple shot cappuccino, and the milk wasn’t frothed. When I returned, I was told I had been given a refund, received a remake, but was refused when I offered to pay for the remake.
All I wanted was to bring to management/ownership’s attention that customers aren’t receiving the former quality coffees that BeanThru has offered before. Calling into the store and asking specifically for less milk that’s frothed was not working, so this was the last resort after a couple months of failed visits to BeanThru.

They used to be the best coffee in Pittsburgh, but now they have decided that everything you order must be 99% hot milk with sugar so you can’t taste the flavorings or coffee that’s supposed to be in them.
Their cappuccino is a latte, the milk is never frothed, and their lattes are so milk heavy you can’t taste the flavoring or any coffee that may or may not be in them.
Half a year ago I’d highly recommend them, but now I suggest you look elsewhere for coffee. Hot milk with sugar they have you covered, but coffee not so much.

We love BeanThru. Everyone who works there is friendly and pleasant. I’ve never had any mistakes with my orders. They’re a busy spot with a slightly awkward-to-navigate space (if you’re intending to head northbound), but despite this they move quickly.

I can’t believe how good the beans are here. I had essentially straight espresso on ice to test out their product; my wife had a macha latte. Both were perfect. Our main coffee spot going forward for sure.

Skip the breakfast sandwich. Microwave special. Cheesy and not bad in a pinch, but I can pull something out of the freezer and nuke it myself. Coffee is passable, service was great.

Great coffee. I don’t know how they do it or how else to describe them, but my lattes are so rich in flavor they taste almost chocolatey! Also, love the extra little touch of the chocolate coffee bean on the lid. My kids and dog like going here as much as I do since the staff always has some type of treat for each of them. As we are heading down Rt 8, my boys always ask if we can go to “the coffee ladies”. Great people, great coffee!
