Love this place!!! The employees are always helpful. There is one in particular that is always willing to make me an iced London fog, even though its technically not on the menu. Spend lots of mornings getting coffee here. Also, I’m pretty happy it’s inside the grocery store. It’s so convenient to pick up some food for the crock pot, and then I don’t have to worry about dinner. Multitasking while caffinated is the very best!

It usually takes a long time to receive your order at this location and they have a couple girls that work and when they are together they won’t greet you or even help you. I’ve sat and watched them sit and only have one person working while the others hang out and do nothing. Today was different and I really appreciated the girl today. I found out her name is Kelsey and she was helping everyone and talking to them nicely and greeting people. She was all alone and was doing awesome. I hope they see this and know how great Kelsey is. You need more employee like her.

i came in not too long ago and the blonde girl that works in the morning, i think her name started with a C or K??? was extremely rude. i came in to start my day off well with a coffee and she was the worst worker i’ve come across there. Alice and Tanna are AMAZING. i will no longer bother to come in the morning. worst service i have experienced there.

Went in on Halloween they were busy seems like 1 new girl not knowing how to make drinks. Someone brought theirs back . I placed my order Hot Mr.B and ham sandwich waiting 1 hour for it other people ahead of me got their drinks must of been friends . Then was asked what I ordered then started making mine. My sandwich sat on the counter cold and then got to my vehicle not what I ordered. I told them the people got their orders that came after me .was told sorry . Wow poor service

Wow! We have been going to the Beans and Brews in Springville during the last 6 months and their mochas are phenomenal, but Santaquin’s tastes like weak chocolate water. Didn’t have time to turn around and have them fix it but we’ll never go back! Super disappointed. 🙁
