Unfortunately I found this lil gem about 10 days into a 15 day visit (lol) and boy was I missing out. I cannot speak to any other location BUT I can tell you this one … 10 outta 10. The Staff was OUT-STANDING! So kind. So sweet. So helpful. I don’t know WHY it’s so hard to find Protein Coffee or SF syrups but this place had it all. Everything I had to drink was delicious AND they sell their own, local beans AND they will grind them there, if needed. I hope they migrate out East and open more – this places, hands down, beats the green lady logo. Thank you Beans & Brew for EVERYTHING. I miss ya’ll already!

The staff is really kind, but I feel like they can’t follow simple orders because they were trained to be extra nice. For example I asked for a coffee and then I requested a cup with a little bit of whipped cream on the side and instead they offered me to put whip cream on top so I said never mind And walked out without tipping them when I normally tip 4-5dollars.
Also, the coffee was kind of off today to be honest I paid $10 for a cup of water. I barely get the hint of any coffee and that is cause I paid extra for an extra shot of espresso. It’s unfortunate but it’s whatever I’ll take the loss at this point.

The ladies that hold this location down are the absolute best. They are consistent and friendly and the only ones I trust to make my coffee right at this point.
I try for the same coffee at other locations once in awhile and come out with different experiences every time.

I only had one issue and it occured this morning .I went in and got my usual chai hot tea which is super yummy and makes my taste buds spring with delight .
the young man serving me grabbed a dirty dish rag and started wiping the counter while making my drink .Then did not wash his hands and put the cap on my drink with dirty hands .I was not thrilled I went home and poured my drink into a cup of mine and threw the other cup away .I was thoroughly disgusted .

Received the wrong drinks. Asked to get it fixed. Got rotten half n half with chunks. The other drink was also wrong and didn’t realize until I got home. While I was standing waiting, another customer was also saying he got the wrong drink. Nobody seemed to know what was happening in that store.

Went in at 6pm I was the only person there. Not very welcoming and I’ve worked at beans before and I feel like loose braids is a health code thing but I don’t know about this location. Drink was good but the service just seemed like they wanted me out, I was trying to ask a question when I got my drink and the girl walked away and ignored me she could’ve heard me again there wasn’t music playing and I was the only one there. I’ll just go to 114 location or 113 since the people there are soo much better even tho I live a cross from this one :/

I visited this coffee shop during the daytime, and the first thing I noticed was how dim and dark it felt inside. The atmosphere could definitely use better lighting to make it more inviting.
One of the biggest disappointments was the lack of food options. Their online menu showed sandwiches and other items, but when I got there, none of those were available. The only things on display were bagels and some sweet treats, but they looked old and unappetizing, and it was hard to even see them clearly.
The interior of the shop feels outdated and could use some refreshing. While the staff was kind, they weren’t very attentive. A little more effort in greeting and acknowledging customers would make the experience much better.
On the positive side, the coffee itself was decent, but overall, I expected a better experience. If they improve their menu, update the space, and work on customer service, this place could have a lot more potential.

Halle is so sweet and helpful without making you feel like a bother. I got a matcha unsure if I wanted espresso, I decided to add some after trying it and she made it so easy and did it all with a beautiful smile. Thank you, Halle!
