It’s a 60/40 chance they’re going to forget your modifications. This is the location I live closest to right now and it more often than not disappoints with missed items, missed modifications, and missed smiles. In the photo you will see my glass half empty situation. Plenty of room for whipped cream, but none to fill the void.

This is the best Beans & Brews location I’ve ever been to. It is the only location, actually, that consistently serves my B Everything hot all the way through. The baristas are aways quick and kind – but not that sickeningly sweet kindness that comes from way too much emphasis on customer service. Their focus is clearly on their actual jobs, and they are casually kind on top of that, and I really appreciate the atmosphere that creates. Sometimes when small coffee places become chains, they get too formal, so it’s refreshing to get that perfect casual local vibe.

I’ve been to this location multiple times over the past month and the service is AWFUL. No one ever says hello to you and it is ALWAYS dirty. The same syrup spill has been sitting on their napkin dispenser for the past 2 weeks, there’s dust all over the picture frames, and the bathrooms are DISGUSTING.
All the employees look like their going to bed in their crop tops, sweat pants, and messy hair.
Today I walked in and the girl looked directly at me as I walked in and ignored me. When I went up to the register to order, another girl looked directly at me as she walked by and ignored me as well. This has happened several times I’ve been here and today I was done. I walked out.
Don’t waste your time. The coffee is mid and never made correctly anyway. I’ll be going to Starbucks moving forward.

I give a five stars in every area I love beans and brews coffee.
My only complaint is every beans and brews coffee that I go to they’re outside speaker is not good!! Part of me feels sorry for the people working inside and the other part is I have to scream at them to get my order. Management should fix it’s very uncomfortable for the customer to have to scream through a microphone at somebody on the other end.

I went through the drive-through this morning. Ordered two drinks and a breakfast sandwich. I got to the window and I gave her my beans and bruise app that has a $10 reward on it. She tried scanning it a couple times and said it doesn’t work. Well, that’s not my problem…I want my $10 off. So then I said OK I gave her a visa gift card that I have that has a $200 amount on it… she said it wasn’t going through
She walked around looking lost for a good five minutes. She asked a couple other workers and everybody just stood around. I tried getting her attention to tell her I would just give her another card. I waited in the line for like 15 minutes…. I’ve worked customer service for 25 years. I at least would’ve given one of the drinks free because you’re stupid app wouldn’t work. Won’t go back to this one.

There was a problem with my drink and they tried to tell me it was fine and they switched syrup brands. They gave me a lot of attitude when I politely asked them to remake my drink. I think they should work on their customer service attitude.

They make good coffee, definitely follow the recipe . They were kind and fast at making the coffee as well. It’s pretty quiet in the store during this time but the drive thru is a bit more busy.
