Tasty BBQ in an old firehouse. Very casual seating in picnic tables it takeout after ordering at counter.

The pulled pork was great. The beans were good, too. The coleslaw was okay.

Everything is packed to go and you’re given a thin paper plate and forks.

The serving size of the BBQ sauce is much larger than needed, but you can also try the others at the self serve station.

We were passing through and this sounded way better than getting crappy fast food near 81. We thought it was worth the risk for the short detour from our planned road trip to check this place out and what a great decision it was! We had the brisket and pulled pork. Everyone in my group was delighted with the food. It was truly delicious. There were several homemade sauces to choose from to pique whatever your flavor preferences are. The staff was friendly and efficient… and honestly the food was ready in less time than most fast food places I’ve been. The ambiance was perfect for a bbq joint. The only things that would have made it better is if there were more seating, and a public restroom was available. This will definitely be a regular stop when I’m traveling through the area in the future.

It’s a simple bbq place in an old firehouse. The owner makes bbq because he enjoys it and he does a great job. But it also means you should call the day before and reserve your order, because he only cooks once and when it’s gone you have to wait until the next day. Mainly a takeout place, but they have two picnic tables inside. The pulled pork sandwich was big enough for two people. Loved the crunchy coleslaw and the sweet tea. The people are super friendly. Check the times because they are only open certain days and it is a cash only business.

Amazing pulled pork sandwich! Such generous amount with humble price. Sauce is delicious. Cash only tho, but I found it worth every penny (literally I had this much cash with me but all well spent )

I started doing my own BBQ a while back and it made going to BBQ places harder. I judge harshly. However, I do like to try new places to see if they really are good.

This is one of those places that really is that good. You will not be disappointed. And for the person who said the pulled pork had no flavor, you don’t understand BBQ and should never eat it again. This man is letting the meat and smoke shine! I will be back.

Absolute perfection. The portions are very generous and the prices are more than fair. The pulled pork is moist and flavorful. All of the sauces are delicious. The ribs are fall off the bone and baby backs which is hard to find. A sandwich portion of pulled pork separated was enough for 2 people and a 1/4 rack of ribs is also plenty to split. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Hands down this was the BIGGEST sandwich I have ever gotten at BBQ. It took me three meals to finish. HUGE. There is NO flavor to the pork. Be sure to add sauce. The price was very fair. Pulled pork was 8.50 the side of beans was 3.50 The beans were good flavor with pulled pork lightly blended in. Honestly, my wife and I could’ve eaten the sandwich and beans together and been full. The seating area is spare with only 2 tables. It’s just an old converted fire engine bay. Nothing fancy. It’s the food. Parking can be a challenge.

This bbq shop was a pleasant surprise! We planned to have lunch at The Mill, but they closed early. Just steps from Stoney Creek we found ourselves at Beans BBQ instead. These are the best ribs I’ve had in over 5 years! Sorry Memphis, but Beans BBQ has you beat, hands down! I loved all the quirky movie posters and 3-Stooges posters as well. Great place to eat in our take out!
