Absolutely the worst ribs EVER! I’ve eaten ribs from here twice since Billy left. Will NOT eat here again. Many of my friends feel the same. Ordered ribs as a treat for my dog today. Barely any meat on them and what was on them was burnt. The charcoal was so bad that ashes fell off when I picked them up. You know the ribs are bad when even the dog won’t eat them! Whoever they have cooking their ribs has absolutely no idea what they are doing.

I’m very disappointed I’ve had better bbq in colorado and new mexico. The pulled pork is sweet but not in a good way. The brisket was dry. The Mac n cheese lasted like it came from a TV dinner. The corn bread was very small and bland. The green beans were way too salty. The potato salad wasn’t bad. The lady behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge my husband and I for 2 minutes till she was done with her conversation with a previous customer.

Ordered on Door Dash and they were listed as open at 11am. Ordered $119 worth of bbq only for it to be cancelled and refunded in “5-7” business days, bc the restaurant is closed. Unacceptable and should not be listed on DD as opened. I’m passing through town. Guess I’ll wait 5-7 days to get my money back and order some more food. Ridiculous.

Occasionally I try new (to me) BBQ places so made the long drive on the loop this morning. Staff is very friendly. Tried the brisket sandwich as brisket is normally a good indicator of the quality of the food. Good size portion and the brisket was moist and tasty. Definitely worth another trip to try another part of the menu.

Portions are HUGE. I got 1/2 a size of the loaded mac n cheese… WOAH. Super delicious and the service was absolutely amazing and we felt so welcomed.

This was a very bad business experience. We ordered on door dash to pick up our order. When we got there they said they gave our order to someone else and they have no more meat! What kind of customer service is that? Not one that invites customers. Super annoying. Just go to any of the other bbq places in Amarillo.

Staff is very friendly. The food on their other hand is dry and very bland. It used to be good but I will not be eating for a long time until changes are made. Brisket has no flavor or bark as well as dry. I shouldn’t have to drink bbq sauce to get it down. Beans have no flavor. Hot links were dried up. Almost like it’s cooked and refrigerated and warmed up to serve. It’s sad because I’ve had many great plates at this joint. But the past 4 times I’ve had the same results. I would avoid until further noticed.
