I came from out of town to visit family for Thanksgiving and couldn’t have found a better place to become obsessed with! I needed to revive after a long drive and stopped by for coffee but was overjoyed to see that they had so much more! My sister and I absolutely loved the coffee, spiced chai latte, and all of the food we got! This place speaks for itself and has certainly become my new favorite coffee + breakfast place in Tennessee

The staff here are incredibly friendly and kind. I ordered a medium coffee but wanted it in a cup, and he was so nice—he made an extra small coffee for me in a cup without any hesitation. That really stood out and made me feel so welcomed. The coffee itself is very good, and the place has a cozy, comfortable vibe. You can also sit by the window and enjoy watching outside, which is really nice. Overall, it’s a great place with good coffee and genuinely warm people. I’d definitely suggest going for it.

I have family in the Murfreesboro area and have been trying out different coffee shops to find a “go-to” spot when I visit. I stopped by Bean Loft Coffee Company on 11/2/25 around 9:15 AM.
When I arrived, I stood at the register for about five minutes before being greeted or acknowledged. Once the barista did notice me, he let me know he was busy and would help me as soon as he could (which I completely understood and appreciated).
When I started ordering, though, the interaction felt a bit rushed. While I was explaining my order, I was being cut off with questions like “size?” and “hot or cold?” It wasn’t rude exactly, but it made the exchange feel a little hurried and uncomfortable.
I ordered a regular hot honey latte and the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant, which came to $18.39 (a little higher than I expected for a small breakfast order)
The barista mentioned it would be about five minutes, but after waiting fifteen, I noticed several customers who arrived after me had already received their orders. It seemed like mobile and DoorDash orders were being prioritized.
A second staff member (who started working after I ordered) really stood out. He was friendly, professional, and clearly trying to get things back on track. He made my drink right away, checked on my food, and genuinely seemed to care. I appreciated his effort and attitude a lot. It ended up being ~25 minutes until I was fully served.
The honey latte he made was fantastic. Easily the highlight of my visit.
The croissant sandwich, however, was disappointing. It was very greasy and difficult to eat. Definitely more of a fork-and-knife situation than a sandwich. The egg didn’t seem fully cooked, and the bacon was low quality (stringy and fatty). I couldn’t finish it.
I’d be open to giving Bean Loft another try the next time I’m in town. Everyone has an off day, and I’d like to think this visit was just one of those.

A fantastic coffee shop with some amazing coffee and food! Highly recommend their baklava latte, so smooth and flavorful! The folks here are very kind and attentive as well. Gave phenomenal suggestions. They also have very affordable combos! Definitely will be back!

Me and my best friend LOVE coming to bean loft!! They are always so welcoming and kind, not to mention the products are SO GOOD. They are very accommodating if you don’t enjoy a particular drink or food. I definitely recommend! Omar is great!

I just wasn’t impressed. The kiosk idea must be new. Lots of people are going to the order here sign and directed to the kiosk. I get better interaction with people at Starbucks. My father needed a black coffee with cream and sugar and we did get it however, we had to order something totally different in order to get it because it’s not offered on the menu because apparently college students don’t drink black coffee. The drinks that my mom wanted was supposedly out of stock but we had that rung up as some of them else and they still made it again not sure what’s the point of the kiosk. There were young kids in the back which I’m sure is a problem for some. I just didn’t feel welcomed here.
The gentleman who did help get my dad some coffee and my mom a drink was nicer than the woman who wouldn’t give us the time of day.
