I noticed this place when I lived in WBL but always forgot about it because it wasn’t on my normal commute. So glad I was able to check them out when I visited MN this weekend! The filled croissants and crêpes looked so good, but it was too early for either of us to have sweets. The coffee was great! The latté was very good at half-sweetness and the cold brew is one of the best we’ve had in awhile!

Such a bright and beautiful establishment! I’m at the owner and spoke to him for a while. Such a good heart and care for the community. Coffee was top shelf much better than any chain. The food was delicious. Everyone of the staff members I interacted with was phenomenal! If you are in the area I would recommend it 10 out of 10!

Delicious croissants, crepes, sandwiches, and drinks. The espresso and smoothies were well-made. The croissants were freshly made and delicious. We got the Strawberry Vanilla Bean Croissant and smoked turkey pesto. The Strawberry Vanilla Bean was filled with a sweet filling that was balanced with the strawberries and croissant.
Inside, you could definitely relax in here during hot summer days or utilize you laptop here. Its very nice and the homey-vibes make the place very welcoming. The bathrooms are clean. The tables are clean and not sticky.
This spot is definitely a local favorite and competes with other coffee shops with ease. Would highly recommend checking out Bean.Co. Great staff, great food, excellent drinks, and a wonderful interior.

I’ve been coming to this cafe ever since it’s grand opening!! It’s the perfect environment for studying, breakfast with family, cute dates, and more! To top everything off, they have a rewards program where you earn 1 point for every dollar you spend!! 10/10 experience and it’s a perfect place to visit if you’re ever in the Maple Grove area!

Really cute coffee shop! I’m a huge coffee critic in this coffee was really delicious. I will definitely come back here. Also the large is a 20 ounce and massive so that’s always a plus lol. I would recommend this cute little coffee shop to anybody great atmosphere in the customer service was awesome.

Definitely definitely recommend! Really friendly people, tried a Thai chai for the first time and I absolutely think that’s one of my favorite drinks now and the croissants/bakery goods were fantastic. Really welcoming atmosphere and plenty of spots to sit. Will definitely be back, thanks!

I like their coffee, but i ordered an Ice Mountain water bottle for $2.75 and was given a room temp cup of water (no ice). I dont think any establishment should be charging for a CUP of water, and if you dont actually give people bottles of water maybe change the picture on the ordering screen. Wouldnt have ordered it if that were the case

My daughter and I found this place by accident, just looking for some good coffee. This is NOT a barista-centric, espresso shop – it IS a fabulous creperie!!! We were stunned! Had absolutely delectable nutella, s’mores, and salmon crepes. Made fresh (and slow) but fantastic and presented with such care. I think the name “Bean and Co.” is cute, but completely misleading. It’s not a true coffee shop, for example, I ordered one of their signature espresso drinks and asked if it could be made half-caf and the worker brought out a bag of powdered drink mix for me to review the ingredients as they don’t craft their own drinks. Hmmm… But I will go back again for the crepes / they were PHENOMENAL! Maybe they could add a true espresso bar and rename themselves Crepe and Bean 😉 either way, well worth a visit when they aren’t busy. We were the only customers at 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon and it tool them 20 mins to prepare our three crepes (all delivered at different times). Lovely little seating area – felt fresh and clean.

I feel so awful giving 2 stars, but it’s much warranted here. The aesthetics of this place are great!! Super modern look and is very clean! They offer sandwiches and a few bakery items that look good, but they are quite pricey. Because of this, the entire store, I kid you not, smells like straight eggs. Some ventilation or an air purifier would likely fix this small issue.
Onto why it’s… put politely….. maybe not the best cafe. They had QR codes that you could order from and view the entire menu on! I thought that this was super helpful–at first. I placed my order @ 1:52 (empty lobby) and a couple came in to order and got their drinks before me @ 2:00. I went up to the counter to check on my order incase it was lost, and the gentleman, Carl, let me know that it didn’t come through in his system. He apologized and was super kind to me and helped push through my drinks right away! I ended up receiving my order @ 2:15. I appreciate Carl for being so nice to me through this, and I understand technology issues. I’d love to see this error with the QR ordering be fixed or eliminated entirely to prevent future confusion & lost orders.
Onto the drinks… to put it bluntly, I’m pretty sure their cold brew was expired. It wasn’t bitter, savory, sweet, salty, or anything– it was just straight sour and left a spoiled taste in my mouth. I added Salted Caramel & Oat milk to my drink (I usually do this at other cafes), but I couldn’t taste any of the salted caramel unfortunately. I also could not recognize the brand of the oat milk container that was used— was not a fan.
I ordered a second drink– they have it listed here as the “Strawberry Acai Cloud” and the picture/name sounded great! There was no description under the drink so the name was all I could get from it. My mistake for not just asking or avoiding. The drink I received didn’t look anything like the picture & I believe it’s also made with soy milk? Not a huge issue but I am just not a fan of soy at all. Ended up dumping out both drinks because they were very poor quality and a waste of money & time & a drive for me. Just an unfortunate situation.
In short, only come here if you wish to take photos for social media & not consume anything, even the air. Or to visit Carl. He was nice.

What a great breakfast place. I got the breakfast sandwich forgot the name but was very good and got the pistachio croissant it was great to wish it could get heated up a tad but still was good. The staff is very friendly will be back soon!!
