Always my go to place every morning . The girls are awesome. They make the best drinks. Especially.mine.. which is white chocolate ,macadamia nut ,cookie dough! Blended with White coffee caramel drizzle and whip cream. Even my customers from dollar tree started getting my drink and calling my drink I get .” the caressa special…. Lol.. Barista was only interested in what I wanted to drink and for me to pay. No chit chat or “How is your day?” On the plus side, she didn’t promptly shut the window as soon as I ordered.

My mom buys coffee everyday at least 1-2 x a day @ the Centralia shop. She gets the same coffee everyday and they CONSTANTLY mess it up! She tips them well and also gives them birthday gifts! Yesterday she gave the Barista her card which was full on 1 side and 5 punches on the other. She argued with her and made her feel like a thief and that she gave her the card back! Which she NEVER DID! This is crazy that she’s been paying at least 1 of their wages a month by ALL the coffees she buys in a month as well as our entire family! To risk our family returning to this coffee stand over 5 punches is ludicrous!

I’ve never left Bean Bags being disappointed or having an unsatisfying drink! Each one of the baristas that have helped me goes above and beyond to make our drinks amazing.But the two that I love the most are Justice and Alina! They are so down to earth and great listeners. They all make sure my daughters steamers are drinkable. I adore the owners and how much they do for our community! I’ve always had speedy service. Thank you for having such a great team Kristi and Sara!

I am a regular at shelton coffee shop. Taylor has the best customer service along with the crew. However, I had a bad experience with an older batista who isn’t always there. She was rude and not friendly. Definitely not up to the standard set by taylor.
