I went there once while riding my bike around Rochester I only had $5 so I got a hot chocolate and a lemon cake like bread thing and it was really good and then got another slice for my grandma to the employees were nice and even though they didn’t have any lemon cakes out they went to the freezer what were some to thaw to give to me.

This place was so cute! I loved it. Everything was clean, including the bathrooms, and the staff was super friendly. When I got my food it was made wrong but they were so cool about fixing it. The food was so delicious! I would definitely come here again. I have no complaints! This is definitely a family friendly little cafe and I even noticed some students in there studying since it’s close to a university. It’s a nice peaceful environment for students to be able to study. Five hearts from me!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

A fun coffee shop in downtown Rochester. It’s always a fan favorite for meetings and get togethers. I really like their GF muffins, but every time I go (early or mid-day), they’re always sold out. I’ve asked several times if it’s possible to place a personal order and was told no, they don’t do that. There must be a demand if they’re sold out literally by 8 am most mornings. The food is good, but the ability to keep up with the demand is the reason for the low rating. The coffee and tea is good.

I live that they have vegan food as well as non dairy drink options. Everything is top notch. I go there often. Wide selection of coffees and teas and more. I highly recommend this place!

I come here at least once a week and never have to wait more than two minutes for my drink. Today I ordered a medium cold brew and it took 18 minutes for it to come out. I could tell they were busy, but at the same time how long does it take to put ice in a cup and add some coffee? The barista asked one of her coworkers, if anybody has gotten my cold brew yet, and her coworker simply said “I haven’t” and instead of getting my drink, she proceeded to clean up and fix some of the food displays. Pretty unhappy.

I typically go to Dessert Oasis but I wanted to give Bean and Leaf a try. It was great. The ladies at the counter were friendly and the coffee was delicious. I would come to Bean and Leaf Cafe again.
