So delicious! Fast, simple, and simply yummy! The owner of this food truck provided great service and was accommodating to our allergies and cravings! The kalua pig croissant breakfast sandwich really hit the spot for a delicious and reasonably priced lunch! Highly recommend!

Came here for breakfast and had a great food experience. Fresh brewed black coffee with a selection of flavorings and creamer. The food was devoured in seconds and the owners were super friendly. Highly recommend coming here for a laid back breakfast experience and can’t wait to try their lunch/dinner menu. I loved the French toast with the caramel drizzle. Next week they’re going to start selling spam masubi and that’s a must try for me.

What an incredible find! Heading to JAX from Elgin and searched Google maps for a place to grab lunch. I am so glad we stopped! Well, we actually passed it but quickly turned into the gas station next door then walked over to find an unassuming diner style food truck with amazing service & incredible food! We had the Huli Huli chicken fold & the French toast sandwich with thick hickory smoked bacon and perfectly cooked egg! Maria’s sauce wash the perfectly sweet topping!

Beachy Queen is a fantastic experience. The owners are amazingly friendly, and the food is delicious. We tried the hash brown casserole, french toast, breakfast sandwich, and iced and normal coffee. The coffee was high quality, and they made every effort to make the iced coffee exactly how we wanted it.
The food was delicious, and filling, and amazingly priced with great portions.
I also cannot believe the amazing service we had. Hands down amongst the best service I’ve received in years from a professional perspective. But the owners were also great people to talk and joke with.
Overall this is a must stop for a delicious, friendly, and inexpensive breakfast.

Best Hawaiian food in FWB! You can tell it’s homemade, especially the pickled onions! The aroma walking to the food truck alone will have you hooked. I recommend the pulled pork sliders. The banana pudding is the best I’ve ever tasted! And that says a lot coming from this southern girl.

The chicken here was amazing. Could not have been cooked better. The two owners were very nice too. I am hoping you will become very successful soon to buy a new food truck to eliminate wait times but that’s not on them at all. Just need more staff and more space but if any place has that potential to explode, it’s here :).

We’re on vacation and found this place. It’s a food truck but totally worth stopping. The food was INCREDIBLE. The owners are the nicest people EVER. They gave us free food to try and it did not disappoint. We got the chicken, pulled pork and ribs. If I had to choose my favorite it would be the ribs. I don’t normally love macaroni salad but theirs was so good. And the rice was delicious too. We’re so glad we came and will visit again before we leave if we can!!!! I would give it 20 stars if I could.
