Small and cozy space with tables close together, but perfect for winter vibes. The sunset view was stunning. We got lucky with bar seating as walk-ins, but it gets very crowded—reservations recommended.

I think this restaurant will become our regular go to spot. We love the vibe and the views of Lake Washington, especially if you sit by the window. Their Bloody Mary, also known as the Kitchen Sink, is awesome and comes with so many garnishes. The food is really good. We have only tried brunch dishes so far and they were excellent. Service is friendly and attentive regardless of who serves you.

Had a lovely breakfast here. The dishes are plated well. I had the short rib tacos that were okay and I was told are popular. I think the meat needed a bit more flavor. I do like that they lightly fried the tortilla. The pesto scramble was way better and not overly sauced. The interior was unexpectedly modern but I really like the simple lines and black furnishings. Big windows provide everyone with a nice view. The outside is a worn beachy look. I do want to come back in the spring to enjoy the outdoor seating and try the lunch menu. Parking is limited, but you can park on the street. There is lovely areas to walk after your meal. Prices are very reasonable.

My daughter and I went to breakfast here and wanted to return for lunch and wow! The Beach House Grill did not disappoint. We had baby back ribs that were fall-off-the-bone good. We tried a few different things since it was our first time for lunch. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal and nice atmosphere. We can’t wait to get back and try to poke bowl and salads!

This is one of my favorite restaurants on the lake on the Eastside. Especially in the summertime. The food is fresh and delicious. Portions are generous and seating is comfortable. It does get very crowded so arrive early!

The food was good, but the place had a lot of flies, which was really annoying. The server did their best to help us (he was amazing), but there were just too many, and we couldn’t really enjoy our meal.

The service is OK, the scenery is great, you can sit outside and watch the sunset while eating. I like it very much and will come back. It is very suitable for gatherings with friends and dates. It is just difficult to park.

I came to the beach house grill. For the view, and was impressed with the whole experience! I ordered the fish and chips tacos, blackened with Cajun seasoning, and a side of sweet potatoe fries. The tacos were delicious, not too spicy but full of flavor and the fries were perfectly salted.. definitely recommended.

Food : the food was great! I went with my grandma and we ordered almost every item from their happy hour menu and shared it. The food came out really fast. It was hot and fresh. Everything tasted great.
