We got there about 15 min before they opened, with only 3 tables/small groups in front of us. We ordered 2 burgers at 7:10pm. Again, only 3 other tables entered ahead of us. Our server came by about 20 min later and brought poppers to a table by us that had ordered about 10 minutes after us and told us our food was coming out soon. That was around 7:30pm. She came back abkut 20 min later and said there was only 1 cook and that’s why it was taking so long. We got to the show an hour and a half early so we could eat dinner and relax and digest our food before the band came on. Servers kept coming out and bringing food to table after table of people who had ordered long after we did. I guess the one cook decided not to cook food in the order it was ordered. My boyfriend went up to the bar around 8pm and asked why we hadn’t gotten our food and the server said she had only had 2 of her 10 tickets filled, but then said her orders were taken later than ours. Finally, at 8:10pm, an hour after we ordered, they brought us one of our burgers with tots and said they were waiting on the fries for the 2nd burger. We asked the server why it took over an hour and why people who ordered after us were getting food before us. She snottily said that a huge amount of orders went in at the same time and there was only 1 cook and 4 servers. Our order went in with 3 other orders at the most, well before the larger groups even came in. She also didn’t bother to refill our sodas. Then a manager came over and asked if everything was alright. No. I am diabetic and had drank some of my soda expecting to have food and my blood sugar was crashing, as we had planned to have dinner around 7:30 at the latest. She apologized and went to find out where my boyfriend’s order was. She brought it out to us at 8:20, an hour and 10 minutes after we ordered. They told us they had presold around 150 tickets, and tickets were available there too. If you know you are expecting at least 150 people on a Saturday night, why would you have one cook and 4 servers? And then to have a server who kept saying our food was coming and she would check on it and then we watched her keep taking other people’s orders and not even go check on our order. This was our first time there and it was a horrible first impression. If we ever come back for the band, we will definitely eat elsewhere first!!

Food was pretty good. We like the decor and the environment. We went for a Neil diamond tribute concert and had a great time. The service is pretty slow though. We didn’t care too much because we were early and there for a long time for the concert though. Full bar. Very good hot wings and tater tots

Food wasnt great and the drinks were weak and overpriced. Service was terrible. Waitress seemed frazzled and overworked. She spilled a drink on the floor next to me when delivering our stuff, getting some on me, and didn’t come back to clean it up until after I went and got napkins to do it myself 10 minutes later. When we needed something, I always had to go find her.
When there was a bug in my wife’s drink after she had been drinking it, and I asked if she was going to credit it, she said “oh, you don’t want it?” I said I want it remade, but should still offer something in that situation. The first remade drink was wrong, I took it to bartender and he refused to help me, told me I had to go through the waitress, who was nowhere to be found. While waiting for my waitress, I watched the bartender rudely yell at another customer who was standing in the wrong spot to order a drink (there’s no signs telling you where to go, how would she know?) Finally found the waitress, who seemed annoyed at me that I needed something from her, yet again. Finally got the right drink, but it was supposed to be a double, I watched the bartender pour in a shot and a half, at best.
Music was also entirely too loud, our ears hurt most of the show. There was no reason to have it that loud in that small of a space. Even the waitress complained to me that it was too loud.
We won’t be returning, which is a shame since they have good shows sometimes.

But Service is as important as well. Need to do better.
We’ll be back to see Spike & the Impalers in May.

Celebrated our 25 wedding anniversary versary , the waitresses never came to our table after my wife ordered chips and salsa we complained after waiting 30 minutes still never was served then they gave it away to another table, then they finally gave our chips and salsa, seeing we were the only table without a waitress we ordered from the bar and got better service, a waitress kept skipping our table and I complained to the waitress the service sucked, and threatened my wife to kick us out. My wife was upset and went to the manager, and never did a waitress went to our table. Just order from the bar it’s faster.

Love to go dancing there, not to crowded and smoke free. The variety of band are good, wish they would get some new bands. It has got to the point where we can almost predict what the next song a band will be playing.
Only complaint is when the band takes a break, the person playing the music has a GREAT way of keeping the people of the dance floor.

We went and saw a tribute band here. Service was horrible and the prices were very high. DJ music after the band was way too loud. Much better places to go than this one!

I love this place and their food. Our server was awesome. However they were understaffed and it took forever for her to get to us, not her fault. Took 40 minutes to get our food. We ordered more food but had to leave before the food made it to our table. Just took too long and we were going to see Wanda Sykes. We did not have time to wait for her to take it off our check. This is not the first time this has happened.
