The cool vibe hits you when you walk through the door. The environment was relaxed between the staff, the music and the decor. It felt like a bar when I went due to some loud patrons who were there. I ordered the XL Northshore and waited. I took the order to go and ate later. I was impressed by the sheer size of the meal. There was more than enough to split between two people, as I was unable to finish the whole thing (I usually have no trouble putting down a Large sub from Jersey Mike’s for comparison). The sandwich was full of meat and tasted very nice. The bread was fresh too. Given the amount of food, it was good for the value.

Beach Hut was great. The surfing Bird never disappoints. Its actually been a couple years since I’ve eaten here and I was over due. The Medium sandwich is plenty of food and has enough flavor variety going on to where I’m not craving a side of chips.

The customer service is fabulous! Sadly the cashier misheard my friends order and upon her receiving it she was disappointed she didn’t get what she wanted. The server was so super nice and really wanted to make it right for her. My friend didn’t want to have them remake it, but the server said, “Please let us, it is no trouble and we want you to enjoy.”
They remade it and it was so appreciated.
The only downside, their AC was out, but I was more sad for the staff. To be in that heat working and still be so wonderful to customers speaks volumes on their character.

Amazing simply amazing experience and the north star xl was well worth the price!
Unfortunately after we ordered I pulled a super smooth move and unfolded the beautiful sandwich onto the floor before we were able to take the first bite. Thankfully the staff at this location were empathetic, courteous, and helpful as they remade the order with smiles and still thanked us for our business!
I would have to say that the staff on shift went above and beyond to ensure we our service was high quality, fast, and above all friendly. Thank you guys I was quite hungry and about ready to cry.

The worst customer service. I ordered 3 sandwiches. It took about half an hour. They made the two customers behind me first. Fine. Finally I got my order. When k got home it was missing a sandwich. I called the girl said “yeah it’s on the counter” I asked if there was anything she could do for this inconvenience. I had to drive back They didn’t remake the sandwich and did absolutely nothing for wasting my time and screwing up my order. Not even a cookie. What happened to customer service? Almost two hours of my evening wasted that was supposed to save time for spending with my company. I will never go to any Beach Hut Deli again after this. Now to eat a 90 minute old sandwich! They suck.

WHERE IS THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT? Not one employee making food or serving food wore a face mask or hair net (couldn’t even tie their hair back while making food) Dirty. Tables were sticky, finger prints on the windows. No employees wore masks, refrigerators were down so no beer, but they somehow were still serving food?
