One of the best places for breakfast! A bit expensive, but I really loved it. I had the hot ham and brie sandwich, and it was honestly one of the best sandwiches I’ve had.
What’s also worth mentioning is the coffee. It was the first coffee I had in the USA that actually tasted like real coffee. Most of the others were more like “dirty water.”
I finished with a cinnamon roll for dessert, which was definitely worth it. The employees were very friendly, and the atmosphere was great. They even have a small handcrafted staff area, which is really cute.
Unfortunately, I don’t have a picture of the sandwich because I forgot, I couldn’t stop eating long enough to take one!

Absolutely love this place. The coffee and matcha are both excellent, and it’s such a unique addition to Tequesta. I’ve been a long-time coffee drinker but am newer to matcha, and Victoria was great—she took the time to walk me through different options, explained what I might like (or not like), and even let me try a few things to dial in what worked best for me. Super welcoming, great products, and clearly a lot of care put into the experience. Highly recommend checking it out.

I was never a matcha fan until I tried their matcha in the fun spinner cans. Instantly hooked. It’s the perfect pick-me-up for that afternoon slump. The service was outstanding and genuinely friendly, and I loved the beachy vibe. Even the curated items available for purchase add to the experience. This coffee house has truly elevated Tequesta- so good!

The cutest coffee shop this area has seen! I couldn’t decide so I got The Cinny, a Salt Life coffee, & a spinach pastry. Everything was amazing, but the Salt Life coffee was THE BEST. I wake up and think about it now! I hope eventually I can buy Beach Haus Coffee in those cute cans by the case, because I want to stockpile them! You have to go there!

I was genuinely excited to try this new coffee shop, especially since the reviews were so positive and I always enjoy supporting a local small business. When I first walked in, I immediately noticed how extremely bright and white the space is. The lighting reflects off the decor in a way that felt more sterile than cozy, giving off a bit of a hospital like vibe rather than the warm, inviting space I personally look for in a coffee shop.
That said, the staff was very kind, welcoming, and helpful when it came to ordering and explaining the menu, which I truly appreciated.
While waiting for my matcha and coffee, I sat at one of the tables and found the seating to be quite uncomfortable. The chairs were very hard and not ideal for staying awhile, whether to work or socialize.
My order came out in a reasonable amount of time and I will say the drinks looked visually appealing. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t quite deliver beyond that. While the matcha seemed to be good quality, I’ve had better tasting versions elsewhere. The coffee, in particular, didn’t agree with my palate at all. Of course, taste is completely subjective.
Overall, this shop just wasn’t a fit for me. Others clearly enjoy it, but for my personal preferences, it was a miss and I don’t see myself returning.

Beach Haus will be a five star to many people, you should definitely come check them out. Coffee was great (one of the few places that makes a good traditional cortado).
I rated four stars because of the seating. I come to a coffee shop to either relax or to work and I won’t be doing either here. The seating is not comfortable at all, and the tables are so small you couldn’t even use a laptop with a mouse.
Looks great, but in practice is more of a to-go place imo.

They make a delicious matcha ube and a pineapple matcha. I highly recommend this place Beach Haus Coffee.
