So, we had our 40 year class reunion at this venue and baby lemme tell you: Eveything from the owner Omar to the staff to food and beverage was FIVE star, son!!! The prime rib, fish and fried chicken was DELICIOUS!!! Definitely keep this location in mind when trying to decide where to eat on any given day or night!!!

Horrible food! Everything was overcooked, yet was cold when they arrived at the table. There is no meat in crab legs. Lobster so hard couldn’t even pry out if shell, Prime rib dry and cool. The only thing that was edible was stuffed pepper soup. Left after paying 111.00 bill. Was told the owner said not their fault crab didn’t have any meat and that they would comp my lobster tail, but I had to pay for the cold mushy veggies and everything else. Didn’t even offer to remake our order. Everything, including the rolls, tasted like it had been microwaved for too long. Won’t be going back! If you’re looking for decent seafood, this definitely is NOT the place to go. Such a disappointment.

The new owner has ruined the Beach Cafe. The food is never good. The service is never good. And as the picture shows, the place is filthy. On top of it, they treat their neighbors terribly and have no respect for the community of Miller Beach. Not to mention the brightly lit signage which provides a certain gas station ambiance to the corner. I will never eat there again! NEVER!

Saturday August 12 we were a party of 16 for a birthday party. Our server was Hannah, she was excellent. She was on top of everything. The food was great and the music on the jukebox was entertaining. I’ve never had a bad experience at The Beach Cafe.

Holly was our server and we could not ask for better. She was attentive and asked the right questions. The young lady who seated us was good clearing and both were very friendly.

After we were seated the waitress asked if we were vaccinated. As odd as that was my daughter and I responded yes and then we were asked to leave! Crazy! As we were leaving we over heard some other customers discussing how the owner pulled a gun on someone in the parking lot and was towing the employee’s cars. I’m so glad we didn’t spend a dime here and I hope u don’t either

I haven’t been here in years but my cousin came from Oak Park to visit me so we went. We ordered the calamari which looked like they just threw in water then on a plate- no flavor, small….. I was embarrassed for them for trying to serve that mess. Next I ordered the chicken sandwich because it sounded safe- it was basic, the lettuce had no life to it, the tomato looked like it was sliced days ago. My cousin ordered a salad and again the lettuce was dead and browning. I was so hurt that they would serve this mess and just down right embarrassed for them. I will never return.

Three of us ordered. Two small lake pearch and one large, all sautéed. The large came fried, and the waitress caught it right away. We were done eating our two small plates before the large order was brought to the table. The large order tasted terrible, and they forgot the baked potato. I had to spit it out. The manager refunded our large meal, but since the night was ruined, I expected more. She refused to do any more until I caused a scene. She then gave me another 20% off our bill. Still, $50 was too much for a ruined evening. I won’t go back and don’t recommend this place. Go across the street to Flamingos. There lake perch is better but only served on certain days. Call first
