My wife ordered on their website for pickup but couldn’t find the place (it’s inside Mama Mia’s). She was frustrated after not seeing signs or anything for it, walking around in the dark as a tourist in a strange land, so when she tried calling for help and was immediately put on hold, she just gave up and came back to our cottage.
Like an hour later, I received a call I didn’t recognize so I ignored it. It called again and I ignored. Then I received a text asking if we had ordered food (apparently she used my number). It was Jody from Beach Burger who offered to deliver the food to us and offered to compensate us for our trouble. I told him that wasn’t necessary, but if he’d be willing to deliver that we’d appreciate it. He was here in 5 minutes or less and had put some cheesecake in our order. He apologized again and wouldn’t accept an extra tip.
Look, the food had been sitting under the warmer for an hour, it was still warm but a little soft from sitting. Regardless the food was actually pretty tasty. I’m sure it would have been great fresh. It was also the cheapest meal we’ve had in Myrtle Beach ($53 for four meals and 2 appetizers).

Got the Turkey Swiss sub (added jalapeños) and it was delicious! The Cesar salad was pretty good, they get 4/5 because the jalapeño poppers weren’t anything spectacular (cheddar cheese and I prefer cream). Ordered on grubhub and it was super fresh upon arrival, and extremely affordable for a great bite at the beach!

Don’t even know where to start. The cheese steak is not a steak it’s not even roast beef I don’t know what it is, but looked like meaty mold. Chicken was missing the Patty, the cheeseburger had no cheese ordered medium rare got well done hockey puck. The bun was moldy on the other sandwich it was just overwhelmingly disappointing especially since we spent $97. The salad was good and the onion rings were good. Definitely not worth the money

Food was NOT good ordered crab cakes & fried mushrooms….Burger was SMALL PATTY Did not get a fork or extra slaw I ordered….was not worth $20. ASK for xtra mayo got 1 pack. No napkins. Called & they were willing to bring a slaw but I passed prefer refund.

The food tonight was horrible. Not only did they mess up our order but the first order was cold, the fries tasted uncooked and the bread was soggy. When we finally got our order of wings they were drenched in lemon pepper seasoning and they were greasy. We emptied out the tray and there was still oil dripping from the wings. The ranch sauce looked like they were trying to stretch it because it was watered down. The combination of the grease and the water down ranch wouldn’t allow the ranch sauce to even stick to the wings. At this point I’m just confused. Is there such thing as customer service anymore?

This place does not care about your health. I tried to make sure my food was not sitting for an hour in the window while an Uber eats driver was to pick it up called to confirm that it was sitting I asked for it to be remade and was called a dumb ass for calling to make sure my food was safe for me to eat. And was told “not our problem” I guess if you want food poisoning Order takeout from this place they’ll let it sit and go bad and serve it to you with a smile and a pat on the back

First they messed up my order, then they gave me a 11.5% sales tax on a bacon burger(which they did not give me) and bacon fries, then when i got the food it was some of the worst, cold, absolutely abhorrent abomination of a meal. Do not go here if you are on a budget and you genuinely care about the quality of food you ingest.

For what it is the burgers are good. The service was helpful and you can order online ahead of time. The fries were a little soft but not bad. Price wise they are very good, so don’t expect gourmet or anything. It is a convenient hotel restaurant.
