I am hoping this was just a miscommunication but we ordered what we thought was a vegan chocolate cake for a Birthday. Upon pick up we find out it is not vegan but is instead a gluten free flour less chocolate cake. Now it is important to note that the Birthday girl has a severe dairy allergy. Needless to say we still paid for and took the cake for other guests. In addition to her not being able to eat it, the cake was just plain ugly. It had completely sunken in and the writing was not centered and crooked. Very unfortunate.

Worth every penny and then some! Food is so good and so fresh and the staff are the friendliest people I’ve ever met! I got the barista burrito with turkey bacon and fresh squeezed orange juice. Delicious! They’ve got some serious talent behind the grill!

Literally a big no to this place! They are not reasonably priced at all. I got toast & it cost $10. They charged like $2 for butter & then like an additional $2 for jelly. Like I am already paying for the toast why wouldn’t the butter come with it? The bread they offer is nasty! I also got an overnight oats cup & it was covered in cinnamon. Like I’m confused. It was so bad. They only had raspberry jelly & it was sooo sour! I definitely will never be going back to this place!

We were hiking in nearby Lorimar and Glencarin and decided to try Be Well for lunch. OMG I wish it was slightly closer to my home because I would be here every week! Every dish was amazing and so well flavored. They let you get one of their amazing baked goods as a side for a $1 up charge and got THE best coconut cream cake! The slice was huge so we shared it. The Vegan BLT was amazing and the panini and kale melt were great. The only thing that I’d suggest is to find a better way of letting folks know their food is ready than belting out their name. Maybe the number system or just deliver the food. The acoustics is a bit noisy then add in the coffee prep and announcements and it was a bit chaotic. Otherwise, it was awesome!

It’s a rainy day today and after picking up my son from preschool, he wanted to explore.
I’ve been to be well last year and found out about it when a networking event took place here
What a wonderful spot especially they have a play area where kids can play
I was able to do a bit of work
We also went here for another networking event and met up some of my classmates from an old program I was in
Today I’ve ordered a few of their sweet treats
I’ve had their chai latte and that is one to be had!
I also had some of their sandwiches in the past and soup
I need to start documenting these as every time I order, they all come out delicious

One of the runners with pink hair was scream talking to what seemed to be friends and my misophonia was so triggered. I know that’s personal but I seek out cafes because they’re usually quieter eating spaces.
I ordered the turkey bacon egg and cheese wrap. I ate it in like two bites. It was underwhelming, maybe the size of a hot pocket. And the sides offered are so odd.
I probably should have just got a slice of cake.

A lovely cafe with urban vibes. I ordered a Green Egg wrap with a side of Peanut Butter Brownie. Both were filling and nutritious. The price is affordable and worth the value. There is a self-service bar with utensils, condiments, and water. The cashier and waiters are extremely friendly. The cafe is spacious and there is a bar for solo visitors. Recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant meal.

I’ve been to Be Well Cafe about 3 times and they have good music, food, & seating. They are very friendly and polite. I really like their energy bites and pie tarts. Very tasty.

Really cozy cafe will plenty of room to work and hang out. Plenty of seating both inside and out.
The coffee was delicious and very affordable. They had plenty of options as well as a large variety of pastries and brunch items.
The scone, cookies, and lemon tart were great. We even got free muffins that they were going to throw out. Delicious.
Would definitely recommend!
