Love this place. I was sad to see the poor girl working alone with a line out the door most of the night ! She did amazing tho but i know it was extremely overwhelming sometimes It would be nice to have another person on there. I think you could spare another 7 an hour for someone I highly doubt you can’t afford it so make sure 2 ppl are working when you know it’s gonna be busy

I went in the morning for coffee and the smell of baking waffle cones is amazing. The coffee was brewed espresso style right in front of you and there were sweet little seasonal coffee flavoring options. Your choice of milk. It was really a great cup of coffee and friendly service.

My boyfriend and I come in almost every Sunday night for a treat after studying and doing homework together! The employee, Georgie, is so nice and does a great job making our cones, and milkshakes! A very nice little ice cream shop at the area. Prices are cheap/moderate for a scope. Located at the end of the complex so the outside sitting spot at evening is very relaxing . Inside have couple of table with little space but you can always enjoy your icecream outside . Staffs are friendly , helpful and attentive. Ice cream tasted very good and selection are perfect for the season.

I used to LOVE BE Scooped ice cream! My favorite place in Banner Elk to stop in with the family!! However, a good friend of mine went in to get us some ice cream, and she said she saw a girl that works there take a sample and DOUBLE DIP!!! This is just absurd to me. My friend said the young girl that did this was short with short black hair. I do NOT mean to cause a problem, but this is most definitely a health hazard. When working in the food industry, you should know better. I have worked with food before and this thought has NEVER crossed my mind. I am honestly scared to go back and get ice cream again!

We just left the shop a few minutes ago. Always wanted to try it. This is the tiniest scoop we’ve ever had at a shop anywhere. This is a regular sugar cone with one scoop. It was $5.30 plus $1 tip. Very disappointing. It was eaten in less than 3 minutes. Are your scoops always this little? The gal serving was sweet. I didn’t say anything because these was a customer on a leg scooter right behind us, and I didn’t want her to have to keep standing waiting for us. This was not worth $5.30 plus tip. Sorry.

Cute little ice cream shop tucked away in the ‘plaza’ area. I stayed the weekend on Beech Mountain and came down to eat at the restaurants and explore a few times. Wonderful ice cream flavors and even had expresso drink options. The woman behind the counter was working alone everytime I saw her that weekend and handled the crowds and lines like a champ.

the store was clean but no business on a Sunday at 4:45pm should have been a dead giveaway. the barista was nice and cordial but made the wrong drink for my wife and claimed she couldn’t make the any of the ice cream lattes they offer nor would she even try and gave me a less than mediocre cups of iced coffee. I wouldn’t waste my time or money here. two sips and 8 dollar cup of Folgers was gone .
