Amazing! Food was great. Service was even better. Highly recommend. Fresh menu that changes daily. Our boat captain Benjamin recommended this place and it did not miss. The desert was amazing as well. If you’re in St. Martin do not miss out on going here! Best food on the island hands down.

This place is fantastic and offer great service, delicious food, and desserts you absolutely can’t skip. The menu features some classic French favorites, and the location by the bay gives it a unique vibe. It’s popular with the boating crowd, so don’t be surprised to see people arriving in dinghies. Sure, the bay can be a little smelly at times, but it doesn’t take away from how enjoyable the experience is. The prices are on the higher side compared to other spots nearby, but it’s worth it for the food and atmosphere.

Service was very friendly and nice location. However we were very surprised as the food was just OK for an upscale restaurant. Chicken Supreme special and French onion soup were not very flavouful. . The Chicken Caesar salad had too much dressing and some of the Romaine had to be picked out as it was brown and rotting. Not a great visit for us unfortunately.

We visited this restaurant twice during our trip to St. Martin, and I’m so glad we did. Our first experience didn’t quite hit the mark; I think it was because we were tired from traveling. On our last day, we stopped by for lunch and sat by a window that overlooked the marina.
We ordered two main dishes: the salmon and crab tartare, and the crispy grouper. Initially, I thought my partner’s tartare would be the better choice, but I was pleasantly surprised by the crispy grouper. It was wrapped in a thin layer of crispy breading and served over rice and shrimp. It was so delicious that I didn’t want to share it with my partner.
As usual, we finished our meal with some homemade rum, which helped create one of our best memories in Saint Martin.

I have been drug around this island for 5 days by my in laws eating only tourist grub. This is the first real meal I have had in five days.
They will not disappoint you, and the meal was priced exactly appropriately for four people.
The service was absolutely excellent, and I could not find a flaw with any dish at my table. The music was good, and evanescent.
Chef Anthony Artu prepares his daily menu with intelligence and sustainability in mind, and the food was prepared with care and grace. Anthony came and chatted with our table after the meal, and he was a pleasure to talk to, and eagerly answered any questions we had for him.
We were pleased to sit just about 6 feet from the water, which added to the ambiance, and as a bit of icing on the cake, by surprise, an acrobat showed up and preformed a short and quiet 10 minute act of balancing and strength and contortion, which was so fun and different! He graciously thanked everyone who watched and took his leave.
All in all, I would rank this as one of the best experiences I have ever had a restaurant. The ability to pull off all that they did as team, out of such an inconspicuous but tasteful locale, is what leads me to say a short prayer that Chef Anthony will never leave this restaurant behind, so that I may come back and see him again.

FOOD POISONING
We wanted to like this place so bad! It was recommended by so many but unfortunately we’re afraid to give it a second shot….
The service was amazing, our appetizers were good, entrees were okay, and dessert was good. However, on the way home, we both got severe stomachaches and have been taking turns destroying the toilet all night. It’s very disappointing because this was the last night of our vacation and our plans were canceled due to this.
Tried to contact the restaurant about this after but the service wasn’t good because we left the island. Wish they had an email.

Excellent food and service. I highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for a unique twist on traditional dishes. The menu changes daily, but the quality is always amazing. We dined here two of the ten nights we vacationed here. The banana vanilla rum dessert is really a treat!

This was the final lunch before heading to the airport to leave St. Martin and we couldn’t have picked a better spot. Before I get into the food, I highly suggest you get there early as it seems to be a very busy lunch spot. Also, it’s only 8 minutes away from the airport, so it’s also a great place to stop before leaving.
My partner and I went out with a bang with this lunch, we had the escargot and warm leek salad, the escargot was perfectly cooked and so tender, the warm leek salad was spectacular with the vinaigrette and roasted tomates! We then had the ahi tuna and the beef cheeks, again just perfectly cooked. The beef cheeks were so tender and just fell apart and melted in your mouth. To finish off our meal, we had the creme Brule, which is our favorite, and it certainly did not disappoint!
I highly recommend Be Kool, and we will certainly be back next year!

Great restaurant, friendly service, great food. Should be a regular visit for everyone. The place was VERY busy so it took a while for us to be served, but the flavor of the food made up for it!
