I went to buy caffe to the location on Red bank and I left without any, because apparently the girl who took my order didn’t know what she’s doing and I didn’t see her anymore, another one came and she didn’t know anything about what was happening. It’s really the worst service. I left without my coffee and they made me wait for 15 minutes.

I’ve always loved Be Caffeinated. The hospitality is unmatched & drinks are amazing. Today I had the sweetest experience. The workers noticed I was having a rough morning— so they gave me words of encouragement and wrote little notes on my to-go teas. It’s the little things that mean the most!!! I like your coffee but I was very put off today. I went by to get coffee and it’s been a while since I have been there. Your menu prices said one thing but you charged me something different. When I asked about it you said the menu was wrong and did nothing to rectify the situation. You need to make sure your customers know what they are paying. To be honest, what you charged me was too much for a cup of coffee and it will be a long time before I visit again. It’s a luxury I can no longer afford.

I really like their customer service. I ordered a large honeybee. It was fine…the problem was it was $7 and not big at all compared to Lola beans large $5 or Dunkin’s large $3-$4. It was underwhelming. Here’s my coffee next to a large McDonald’s cup.

Poor service, very rude, 3 young kids inside, not correcting orders, asked for management and was told there us no management. I will find out who is in charge. This happened at the redbank location today April 8th 2023. The young girl has brown hair n nose piercing.she does not need to work with the public. I go there daily before work. But today I was treated bad. I am a adult she showed no respect and did not fix my order.

Amazing experience Dec 9th!! 8 mins before closing we grabbed a couple of the usual drinks for myself and hubby but forgot to order the chocolate milk for my little. The barista was super awesome and gave us the chocolate milk without any complaints. Obvi we tipped him graciously but after we left my little was so happy I had to write an amazing review for our favorite coffee shop in Red Bank/Chattanooga.

I have been a regular at Becaffeinated since before they opened, because they do their best to do everything right. They get locally roasted beans and locally baked pastries to serve the best to their customers. My favorite drink is the Chattahooligan frappe, but on my current diet I usually go with an iced cold brew Americano instead.
