My mother and I decided to have a birthday brunch here. We were greeted and seated immediately. Our waitress Amanda was attentive, and she had a great disposition. She took our orders and gave us suggestions from the new menu. And to my surprise, she alerted the crew that it was my birthday as well. They had me ring the gong and sang happy birthday to me, I couldn’t stop smiling. The food and atmosphere were wonderful, they played great music, and the service was great. I definitely recommend taking a visit for yourself.

It was my first time going to any Mongolian Grill, and I have to say my experience was a delight! I got myself a large bowl and started loading it. After I picked everything I wanted, I handed it off to the cook, and after he prepared it for me. I had to say it was some of the best food I’ve had. Would definitely go again!

Awesome place, I’ve visited a few times recently and love it. The combinations available are nearly endless. Servers are pretty good and restaurant is pretty clean though the ingredient areas can get a bit messy. We tried the rice, tortillas, egg rolls, pot stickers and enjoyed them all. Worth a visit.

*** UPDATE: I have spoken with management and they refunded our meal. While the experience was definitely a bad one, having management reach out did help in the process. Hopefully they are able to make some changes to avoid this in the future. I will give them another try in the future. *** ORIGINAL REVIEW – NOT a very good experience AT ALL. I’ve been to this location before but it has unfortunately fallen WAY DOWN. When we walked in, us and another group waited close to 10 minutes before we were even greeted by a host. The restaurant was not busy at all. It was the start of lunch time. Next, our table was SUPER STICKY like it had been washed with a bar rag. Then when our bowls were brought to us, literally BOTH bowls had dried food on them and had to be replaced. Probably the worst/most gross part was the metal sauce cups. They ALL had dishwater and “nasty gunk” in them that had to be poured/wiped out to even be able to get sauce. The grill was too hot so the food was slightly too done (not bad, but not good). I ordered a sweet tea to drink and was given a coke out of the bar gun. OVERALL it was an extremely negative experience which will probably keep me away from this location for quite a while. NOT A GOOD LOOK FOR THE MANAGEMENT TEAM AT ALL!!! Quality control is EXTREMELY lacking at this location. Sorry for the negative review, as BDs is probably one of my very favorite restaurants. But I have to call it like it was… REALLY BAD. :-/

It’s a unique experience. Not much of an atmosphere. The food…can be good if you know a recipe. Word of advice, use about half as much salt as you think. But the bacon fried rice was really good.
