Horrible service, management would not help when my friend’s pool cue was stolen. Even if they couldn’t help us, I would’ve understood, but they were extremely rude about it when all we did was ask. The service is also abysmal and I would constantly be ignored when trying to order.
Edit: In response to the owner claiming my review is fake, it’s just another example of how they treat their customers. I left an honest review and sense it’s unfortunately negative for them, they felt the need to claim I’m an AI. This is my only google account, I’ve had it for probably over 10 years at this point, and I’ve never felt the need to leave a negative review before this. But based on how they can’t even take feedback, it looks like I was right to do this. My friend who was with me this night also left a bad review and they got theirs removed pretty much immediately. I hope the same doesn’t happen to me, otherwise I will be reporting them to the BBB because this is unacceptable to just remove any negative reviews that don’t fit their “agenda”. My original point still stands. Rude staff, horrible service, and I hope that others will be able to read this review before going here. If the owner is willing to call me and my friend liars for leaving a bad review (which is well within our rights as customers) then what else will they do? I will never go here again and we’re immediately planning on finding another place to play weekly pool.

I have been here a half dozen times. One bar tender, no waitress. Service is at the bar only. And it takes 5 to 10 minutes to get a drink. On my last never to return trip. I ordered my Jack & Coke tall. When I got the bill there was a $1.75 pint charge on top of my $7.50 drink charge!?! Never in my 4 and a half decades of drinking Jack and Cokes I have NEVER seen this. The charge is for the tall glass of Coke. It cost .50 cents at the most for that amount of soda. The $7.50 is $2 higher than my normal hang out. 8 unkept pool tables. Karaoke every night of the week. Not the cleanest place and it’s worn out.
It’s an ok place to go but they just started charging extra for a tall alcohol/ soda drink. I won’t be back.

Fun spot in the neighborhood if you’re into that sticky floor, kinda stinky, strong drinks at a great price kinda bar. Bartenders are always a great time, friendly and hard working. Patrons are exactly what you would expect when you pull in the parking lot and see all the trucks and motorcycles. If you’re brave enough to eat here, the popcorn is always great.

If I could give a ZERO I would NEVER go here. The worst service the bartender didn’t look at me once or twice she looked at me 4 times and served someone that came in after me!!!! Not worth the time Head to SHIFTRZ they are nice on Hampden and will acknowledged you and serve you imagine that a bar that serves EVERYONE not just the damn regulars. Not worth the stop.

I love this bar!!! Mike and Deb are great people and wonderful owners. They always treat everyone with respect. This is the only bar I go to because I know there won’t be any drama no one fighting or any other nonsense that isn’t needed. All of the bar tenders are wonderful and can make just about anything. Stop by if your ever in the area and check this place out. They have pool tournaments and much more.

If you’re looking for a new home, BCs is the place! On the weekday nights I’ve meandered in here, Raina has always been super attentive and quick to get a drink in my hands, and is super personable, making me feel like one of the regulars. She’s great at keeping up with everyone’s drinks when it’s busy, and making everyone feel at home and attended to when it’s slower. There’s several nice pool tables, a popcorn machine, and a jukebox, but for me the real draw is the karaoke. It’s through KaraFun, which, while it has its problems, has a huge selection. Jack has been a great KJ and is very entertaining on the mic. The rotation on weekday nights is my primary reason I’ve been coming here, because I get to sing an absolute TON. Even on the busier Friday nights I’ve been in, Izzy has been very quick to get people up and singing, which is such a nice change of pace from all the places I’ve been that have you waiting hours between songs while they fill up the queue with new arrivals who haven’t spent as much as those of us who have been here since the start! Food is limited to aforementioned popcorn and frozen pizza, but damned if it’s not insanely good frozen pizza! The atmosphere is friendly, especially for a bar that has its clear regulars. Fantastic establishment, and couldn’t be more pleased with my experiences there.
