Found out about this spot today so decided to go try a few of their items. Service was prompt and very friendly. Everything we tried is absolutely divine! We decided on beef cheek loaded nachos, brisket, sausage, pork ribs, Dino rib, and the beans + mac & cheese. Owners let us try the banana pudding and their loaded cornbread. Loaded cornbread was heavenly! Banana pudding was delish! The meats are seasoned well and tender. Highly recommend if you are wanting some true Texas style BBQ on the north side of COS.

As it is a food truck, they don’t have seating but there is a brewery close. We just grabbed it to go.

In passing through COS on way home to Parker area, I needed to pick up dinner but with my dog in the car at 95+ heat I also needed a food truck or drive through. So pleased that google led me to this incredibly delicious food. The owners/team were so friendly and the BBQ was some of the best we’ve eaten (and we lived in TX!). Recommend: brisket, ribs and white cheddar mac & cheese.

One of the best BBQ joints in Colorado Springs! We brought our friends from Texas for dinner and they were so impressed! They said the BBQ is better than most BBQ they’ve had in Texas, especially the brisket and smoked pork green chili rice! They were truly blown away by how tasty everything was. Do yourself a favor and get the banana pudding – it’s to die for! Thank you so much, Randy – we look forward to enjoying your food on the regular!

Absolutely incredible. The brisket was DIVINE, the thick slices just melted in my mouth.
Their menu is so creative and fresh. All their items are made from scratch, and you can tell they put a lot of love into it.
The owners are so friendly!
You really need to give this place a try. Total hidden gem!

After being in Colorado Springs for three years, and failing to find decent BBQ, I’m ecstatic to have stumbled upon BC’s. It was the food truck that was at Lost Friend Brewing.
Everything on my plate tasted like real Southern BBQ. The brisket was tender and delicious. I tasted the smoke! I’m thankful for FINALLY getting to taste BBQ again. Now if you could do Tex Mex lol.

Recently had bc’s BBQ for the first time while at Lost friends, it’s a food truck located in the parking lot of the brewery. I ordered my wife the sliced brisket sandwich with a side of Mac and cheese. There was hair in her Mac and cheese, which she said was the second time she’d gotten hair in her food eating bc’s (lost friends weekly meet up) anyway, regardless of what the food tastes like, if there’s hair in it, it’s a hard pass from now on.

Visited BC’s food truck while I was at the Hillside Concert Series today and whew…

When they tell you that this is gonna be the best cornbread that you’ve ever had in your life, you better believe that they’re telling the truth. It was so good that I had to go back to make sure they understood exactly how correct they were.

And let’s not fail to mention the great portion size of the meal. It was a lot (and when I say a lot, I don’t mean that you’re gonna throw away, you’re gonna be taking some home for lunch the next day).

Speaking of the meats, this is probably the best brisket and chicken combo I’ve had – not just from a food truck, but from any barbecue restaurant in general. There were thick slabs of brisket that fell apart with just a fork, and the chicken was so tender and juicy that I didn’t NEED any extra sauce (but I used it anyways cause YUM).

Do yourself a favor find out where they’re at and go give them a visit.

Randy, Randy, Randy …My Man! Let’s start with the stuffed cornbread..it taste like a deconstructed tamale in a great way. The pickled jalapeño and drizzle of sauce was a perfect balance of flavors. It really was a meal in itself. The burnt end cauliflower SO DELICIOUS!! The home made mac and cheese! I want that recipe. It was the most ridiculously awesome flavorfilled lunch we had sense being in Colorade Springs. We will definitely be back to see yall as soon as we can. Thank you for making our vacation awesome. For those I. The Colorado Springs area check them out. 100% worth it.

Best bbq in the springs! We love having them at hillside on Wednesday evenings. Their food is far superior to the other bbq spots in the springs. The meat is seasoned very well! Corn bread and Mac is also very much on point. Don’t forget the banana pudding! You can tell they don’t slack on quality ingredients!! Overall they are always extremely kind and generous, with delicious bbq. Thanks guys! Looking forward for your restaurant to open!!!
