The food was great. I tried the shrimp tacos, pineapple peppered shrimp and some Cajun fries. The flavor was good in everything, the fries were seasoned well and fresh. The bar tender was good. She did well for the size crowd she was servicing. The DJ did a great job too.

Birthday brunch was amazing. Food was great, service was personable and accommodating (we were a big and demanding party of 8) and the chef came to greet us. The DJ added great music. Will definitely go back. Best shrimp and grits and short ribs in a long time!

Our waitress was wonderful. She was very apologetic and did attempt to make things right. The Flyer stated a band was showcasing. No show. The items we wanted to order were not available. Ordered wings as an appetizer, and calamari was a bust.it did not taste the flavor. After an hour of sitting, we never received our main dishes that were ordered.

I was super excited to give this place a try the first time I saw it. For weeks I put off making a reservation, and the anticipation only grew. Finally I got around to making time to reserve a table and get myself into the establishment.
Showing up early to my reservation and seeing the small place mostly empty, I thought I would be seated right away and be able to get some drinks ordered before my date showed up. However, all I was greeted with was a side eye from the bartender and an awkward, “hey, welcome,” as I stood at the wait to be seated sign in the doorway.
I figured that it must be an off time, perhaps a shift change or something, so I waited patiently as the staff went about their personal conversations with one another behind the bar. After the first greeting I was never acknowledged again, and after ten minutes had passed I grew tired of being stared at by their customers and watching all of the empty tables remain empty as I stood in the entry.
It would’ve been nice to be offered a seat at the bar at least, I mean the thing takes up 90% of the restaurant and there were empty seats. I took my business elsewhere for the evening and had a lovely night. Perhaps it was all for the best!

Happy hour arguably the best in the Los Angeles area. Portion size is huge, price is low, and the quality is phenomenal.
The atmosphere is low key and relaxing. They were playing some type of lo fi when I was there which was such a nice change compared to the surrounding spots. It’s Inviting but unassuming. Service is also friendly and attentive. Truly no complaints. I’m a local and it’s easily my favorite spot. Hope it stays forever

Stopped in for Sunday brunch and. it was a vibe. Our table split the Rasta Pasta, French Toast & Short Rib and EVERYTHING was on delicious! The owner even stopped by our table to make sure everything was on point and thanked us for coming in. We let him know it was our first time in but definitely not our last.
