Pizza was good. Delivery includes a free shaking of the box. Just careless. Completely folded up on itself, which mixed the toppings. Got it mostly straightened but just not great.. TBD if we will try again some other time.

First time ordering at bc pizza & I’m very much so very pleased very satisfied that Yu staff God bless yu all!!! I don’t eat pizza that much buh when I do it’s bc pizza for me& anyone else who wants!!! Skip Jets pizza… Skip lil Caesars…& Any other place I’ll fasho be getting BC’S pizza!!! Although I got the supreme I should of been more observant… Ion order supreme pizza either,buh decided to this evening… Ugghh if I’ve would of known I would of told them minus the blk olives,beef,&bacon to replace those 3 toppings with more mushrooms!!! Well next time I’ll know!!! Pizza iz beyond fabulous very tasty sauce one of thee bestest!!! Even better than I remember from other BC’s. Pizza is amazing. Check out their great deals going on! They mastered a pizza with broccoli on it. Feels wrong, but it works amazing and is one of my favorite specialty pizzas around. Excuse the missing slice from the car ride.

Tried a new pizza place tonight. The Nashville hot pizza, chicken parmazeti, and pepperoni spi-rolls.
Everything was SO GOOD! Will definitely be ordering from here much more often. 10/10

I’ve been a loyal customer of B.C Pizza since the early 2000’s, I love every place I go to, but for sure this place is on the top of the list. Everyone here has been really nice and I love the small location as well as the pizza slice deals.

I grew up on BC in Traverse. So happy there is one near me in GR now! Food is great, service is spectacular, and the owners really care about their customers. They have great specials too that won’t break the bank.

Management reached out and wanted to use the interaction as a learning lesson.
For what ever reason when i originally searched bc pizza grand rapids i actually called the lake Michigan drive location, so that response was from them not bc pizza of east town.
After stewing for a bit thats when i came across fb and got to this actual locations page.
Manager did say after my purchase incident with not receiving the discount even though it showed, they did look at other peoples purchases and for some reason i was the only fluke.
He did apologize that with the grand opening it was quite chaotic but offered to make it right and use this as a learning experience.
Overall, i will continue to go out of my way to order pizza and burritos from this location.

Unfortunately im gonna have to give 3 stars.
I ordered on the grand opening celebration so i know the were busy but its the response i got for the mess up
The cheese bread didnt come with any pizza sauce.
While i was there the guy asked the back if there was sauce in the bag, hes like yup.
No there was no sauce, also they almost gave my burrito to someone else luckily she said, i didn’t order one.
I failed to check for sauce as the guy in back said yup.
I get home, no sauce. I called cuz man, i need to dip my cheese bread in pizza sauce.
The response was, sorry about that were super busy. I was ok, but i need my sauce his response was, ok is that all? I guess.
So no offering to make it right. No nothing.
This also compiles with the fact the 50 percent off promo didnt correctly work, which i didnt notice until looking at the receipt.
It showed the 50 percent off but didnt actually take it off
Now on to the actual food
Pickle pizza and the mac and cheese pizza was delicious.
I also got the all meat but i didnt try it but the family loved it
The wet burrito is also really good.
