Amazing!!! Its hard to find a good BBQ place. This food was great. I have been on a Gluten free journey and its hard to go to places with my sisters. I love chicken wings so the smoked wings were exactly up my alley. They had the flavor and crispy skin but still tender on the inside. The loaded potato salad was definitely flavored it was so delicious. The brisket was so tender and had great seasoning. The ribs were definitely tasty with their spicy BBQ sauce. I will definitely go back. The waitress was so friendly and definitely hyped the food up. She is definitely good at the advertising. It was a chilled environment not overly noisy which is good for me. Everyone just gave good vibes. The only critique is that they should have wet wipes available because your hands just stick to the napkins because the sauce. Great experience

Absolutely wonderful food service and atmosphere. Got the 5 meat platter and fried mushrooms with fried Mac and jalapeno cheese bites. The jalapeno ranch dipping sauce had amazing flavor. One of my favorite BBQ places from here on out to go too. 10/10

Really enjoyed our dinner here. The service was super friendly and helpful. The food was so good. The ribs and brisket was tender and juicy and very flavorful. Didn’t really care for the pulled pork it was bland and had a bunch of fat in it and your ranch was very runny. Mac and cheese was so creamy and delicious and so we’re the baked beans.

Stopped in for dinner while on a road trip. Everything was AMAZING! LOVE the garlic slaw! Shout out to our server Erika who took good care of us! Highly recommend if you’re traveling in the area and want a delicious meal!

B&C Barbeque was recommended to my wife, so we decided to give it a try while in Wichita. The hostess up front was very friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The atmosphere had a laid-back sports bar vibe that was actually pretty cool. We were excited to hear it was a barbecue buffet, and the staff serving the buffet were polite and friendly, though you could sense they might rather be elsewhere.
Unfortunately, the food itself was very mediocre. I tried the brisket and pork ribs—the brisket was easily the driest I’ve ever had. My wife had pork ribs and turkey; the turkey was okay, but overall we were both disappointed. If you’re local, it may be worth a visit, but coming from Oklahoma and Texas, we’ll be looking for something else next time.

The ribs with dry rub were delicious but I wished it was a little less salty. The onion rings were decent but I wish the batter was seasoned a little more. The potato salad was good. However, it’s on the more expensive side when it comes to BBQ. Maybe I’ll try the buffet next time I’m there since I heard the buffet is pretty good.

Look like sport bar but service was great, food great good BBQ brisket fall apart just by show the knife, ribs and pull pork are fantastic, links are good, i try the jalapeño link and is not burning hot it is nice spicy.
Liked better the bbq sauce than the spicy but enjoy more no sauce to taste the smoky flavor in the meat. Mix the baked beans spicy and normal is going to be great and again not burning hot but nice spicy, cole slaw perfectly done hope is not factory made but was good.
Would be back again yes indeed.

Brisket was so tender it didn’t lend itself to being eaten with a fork. Beans were nice and spicy. The child says the grilled cheese is excellent.

I was visiting from Seattle, only staying one night, and I have no regrets choosing B&C for my one and only bbq meal.
While I initially came for the buffet, I was beyond satisfied with their combination platter and even happier with the service. Duane/Dwayne is the absolute best. He made my late lunch so enjoyable with his recommendations, conversation and check-ins. I’m particularly glad he suggested Wild Bills for root beer and the cucumber/tomato salad as a side. Doesn’t sound like an impressive side dish but the tanginess truly elevated the flavors in the meats! Trust his suggestions! It was so much food and I was just one person — he truly went above and beyond in helping me pack my leftovers (and the amazing spicy bbq sauce) so I could fly them back home with me.
The food and service from B&C left me with a great impression of Wichita and I look forward to when I have a reason to come back (and hopefully it’s not cat related) especially as those special sides looked amazing!

B and C is a go to “joint” in ICT. Don’t let the moniker fool you, sure they have great BBcue but make it an adventure and dive into the menu, you won’t be disappointed.
We did so again last night. PHilly Nachos were on point and the 20 oz strip was remarkable! Let us not forget about the exceptional service provided by what became team Kim and Adrian (sp). While we were only supposed to have 1 we got both.
