We had the BEST experience at BB’s Seafood, and it was all thanks to Shay! From the moment we sat down, she was incredibly attentive to our family and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. She didn’t just take our order she genuinely engaged with us at the table, checked in consistently, and made us feel welcome.
And let me just say… our cups NEVER went empty That level of attention does not go unnoticed!
It’s rare to find service that feels both professional and personal, but Shay delivered exactly that. Hands down the best experience we’ve had here. We’ll definitely be back and asking for Shay!

I like a good deal but also good food and drinks. If you are cheap, like flavorful food, and getting inebriated without having to suffer, BBs is for you! Happy hour at BBs is my favorite! I don’t know what their regular menu is like because this is the best happy hour I have ever had for both food and drinks. So many choices! Additionally, the atmosphere is so chill, and you can actually hear the people you are eating with! The service is so snappy. Devo took care of us, brought everything quickly, chatted with us, and gave great recommendations.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to come and enjoy some good food. The customer service was excellent. If you go, make sure to ask for Michael, he’s very attentive and makes sure you’re well taken care of.

I had the best waitress named Jenny. My first time here was Saturday night. I loved loved the crawfish. She was very tentative with anything we needed. Will definitely ask for her again. Best ever. The only problem with the place at all was the hostess. I waited over a hour and half the first time. With the 2 hostess skipping over me as I watched them do it. But the crawfish was great tasting, good flavor and juicy. So I decided to take my kids Sunday the very next day. I asked for JENNY AGAIN. Whic I love that she remembered us and what we liked. Sweetest person ever. Again same issue with the hostess again. When I told him I waited a hour and half the night before. He wasn’t ever nice. And while I was waiting in line he allowed a lady walk infront of myself and 3 other people/ couples waiting in line. Then put her name down to wait. Just because he knew her. Not right at all.

I’m really not one for leaving reviews, but my wire and I were very pleased with everything! Highly recommend the gumbo, but everything was good. A manager (I think) Eli was very helpful, and polite. Our waitress, I think her name was Shay was very attentive, and helped us navigate the menu! My favorite BB’s in Houston. (Drinks are strong too!)

First time eating here and it was decent. The food came out hot and the portion size would have fed two people. Catfish was average, but the shrimp, crayfish and oyster were very tasty. The meal was reasonably priced. The service was very good. Thank you for a very good first visit.

Shay is a really great server. They were very friendly and made sure everything was going well the whole time. Shay was quick with bringing our food and drinks and always had a positive attitude.
