The greatest thing that I really appreciate about this location is the welcoming staff. Again, I was amazed how efficiently we were greeted. Assistance with the door is always a plus. The food . Started off with complimentary chips and dip. Followed by the seafood empanadas and loaded fries. The crawfish etoufee and Caesar salad are a winning combination. Bread pudding for dessert. Laissez les bon temps roulez. Assistance with the door upon departure was a great final touch. Only negative about the visit were the hard wood chairs. .

Food was really good. Drinks was good but most of all customer service was excellent. We really enjoyed our waiter Christian N. and he was very knowledgeable of the menu and had great recommendations. As well as a good personality and spirit.

We had the chicken and sausage gumbo, red beans and rice, shrimp po boy and pecan crusted chicken. Everything was supper delicious and Nikki was awesome. The quality and the taste of food was 1000 times better than it was last time. We last visited this place 3 years ago. So something has definitely changed! And it’s all good.

We sat outside and had fantastic happy hour. The specials and deals that they have are really good. The younger male server who waited on us was definitely an experience. As we watched him wait on other people’s we felt compelled to inform them of the specials since the server did not. The other guests were very grateful. Will definitely go back but they should educate their servers on happy hour specials and informing the gas prior to their orders. They also have a great rewards program sign up

I don’t ever leave bad reviews on places . However I’d never come here again ….Soda machine was not working , I was told someone was fixing it at the moment then I was told someone was on the way to fix it … so two different stories … we ended up being served water the. They gave us all a bottle orange soda …also food took forever to be served …..food portion seemed small also ….food tasste below average …I’d never spend another dollar here….dont even want to try another location ….one and done …oh and this was my daughters 13th birthday dinner ….she did enjoy her crawfish though so I’m happy about that part

Frozen Hurricanes are good and pack a nice punch for the price. The offer nice promotions to those on their mailing list. Service is good. Prices are comparable to other Cajun restaurants. I did not like red peppers in my Caesar dressing. That caught me by surprise. No one else does that, thank Heaven. The sauces for the crab and crawfish boils are unique and tasty. The rest of the food is good, but nothing to write home about.

This is the best BBs experience we’ve had! Ever since the BBs in Katy updated this past year the food hasn’t been as good.
This BBs still has the original fries and menu, and the flavors are what we remember. Especially their paste! The service was also excellent! (I think her name was Naiya but I can’t remember) Even though it’s about 10 minutes further away, this is gonna be our new crawfish spot from now on.
