Great little cafe/diner in a town without many places to eat. Usually places like this in tiny towns where there is nothing else are rated high even if it’s not very good. However, this place really was super good. It’s pretty tiny inside and no outside seating. The service was fantastic! My wife had the Philly and I had the club. She loved the curly fries and sandwich. Both were awesome! We will be back!!!

Great little place. Small town. If it were in a bigger location and had more seats they’d be really busy. All the food was great and great environment!

Hometown food. Nothing better. Our waitress, Misty, was graciousness personified. Fast and efficient. We had the scrambler. Very good. Over easy eggs done well. Biscuits were heavier and a bit doughy. But I loved that! Coffee was usual diner fare. The place is clean and love the little touches. It’s a busy place. Local, with gorgeous backdrop of the Cumberland plateau.

I had the veggie bowl and it was delicious. Coffee also was good. Loved the friendly service despite them being slammed with customers. Definitely will be back next time I’m up that way!

As most of you know that live in Spring city, it is very hard to find a good fresh salad. The berry chicken salad here is out of this world. The berries and spinach are very fresh and the chicken is cooked to perfection. The feta and pecans on top are the perfect addition. Then top it off with that raspberry vinegarette and you got yourself one heck of a salad. I could eat this everyday. Please never take this off your menu. The staff is wonderful! Very personable and attentive! . Great place!

I was interested in a nearby rv camp site, long-term, but it’s important to me to have a local diner that serves great breakfast and lunch. BB’s Cafe did not disappoint! I’ll have to try breakfast next time (I only witnessed the magical dishes others were enjoying) since I had lunch on my mind.
I ordered a Reuben on grilled sourdough bread, and my taste buds about exploded when I took the first bite. Even the tater tots were heaven.
Thank you, Brandi (w/ an ‘I’) for the great service on a crowded day!!

We walked in at 1:47 and were told they were closed and they wouldn’t serve us. The “Open” sign was on outside, so they were open. And it says online and on the door that they’re open until 2:00. Most restaurants plan to serve until well after 2:00, and don’t close before the posted hours. Quite disappointed in the service and friendliness of Spring City!

We weren’t offered a menu (where it’s printed)! We were just told you’re closed when you weren’t! Bad business practices!
