The wings were really well made. The wings are salt brined I believe as the salt is evenly distributed in the chicken. While I loved the sauce, the wings are smothered and the salt content for the sauce and the wings can be a little high. But definitely worth a try. The wings were $16 for 8 of them. A bit pricey but as a tourist and someone who loves food, I would eat again. I unfortunately didn’t the lavender lemonade but I did hear it’s a hit. I did really like the banana pudding. I was able to take a picture with chef Bobby who was really nice to me.

We stopped and got the ribs and fries with a side of macaroni and cheese. While the flavor was cool I was expecting the 4 bones to be the size in the picture of the truck and they were the smaller end of the spare ribs. The guy working the truck was having trouble communicating with the client in front of us regarding her pay as she didn’t speak English and I assisted him with her. To show his appreciation he have us the macaroni and cheese and a corn muffin for free which was very courteous! Our meal was about $35 a little pricey and as I said the ribs weren’t as big as advertised but overall it was cool.

The food truck was right outside of our hotel. The energy was vibrant, the service was top notch and the food was everything I was hoping for. The only criticism would be the Mac n cheese. It was a little mushy but it was still yummy. They made my weekend. We ended our trip this morning loading our luggage with my mom, daughter and her friend they were prepping for the day and the music was going and the smells were kickin and we were able to end our trip smiling and dancing.

The food was good, but the service was awful. However, it’s extremely sweet you might as well have dessert. The guy was rude and not helpful in anyway. I wouldn’t come back and give this person money or my service because of such rudeness.

Some of the best BBQ me and my family have ever had. And we’re from bbq states. The double smoked wings had a crunchy skin but sooo juicy on the inside. The greens were LITERALLY out of this world!!! (We got a second helping bc we all fought over the first! ) Sauced to the Gods and finger licking good doesn’t even begin to cover how amazing this meal was. The lavender lemonade was perfection. Staff was super chill and kind. The chef talked to us for a bit about his cooking process and our trip. Made us feel very welcome. We all agreed that we would give it 10 stars if we would. Don’t sleep on this bbq truck and don’t listen to the haters!!! 10/5⭐️

This food truck shows great potential with their well-marinated and expertly grilled ribs and chicken. The smell around the truck is highly appetizing. However, their advertising pictures don’t match the real orders, with portions being small and a bit too costly. While the meat was good, the fries were tasting just like classic frozen bag fries.

This is quite possibly the worst BBQ I’ve ever had. For the price I paid, and with like 6 options on the menu, you would think they could provide good food. Mediocre and uninspired doesn’t even begin to describe what I was served. I cannot comprehend how you run a food truck with such little flavor and quality. We ordered pulled pork, ribs, and macaroni and cheese, and there wasn’t a single redeeming quality from any of them. A frozen TV dinner would blow this away in a side by side comparison. The person who runs this business has zero interest in providing good food, and zero cooking inspiration or talent. I’d imagine they spend the absolute bare minimum on product to squeeze as much money out of this as they can. There’s not even an attempt at being good, or interesting, or unique. This seriously must be the absolute cheapest meat you could purchase, combined with the absolute cheapest and minimal ingredients, as I seriously cannot comprehend how you can serve such bland and boring food. I think anyone would have a hard time making food this bad.
And just in case anyone thinks I’m overreacting, or negative – this is the one and only 1 star review I’ve posted, and probably ever will post. The food was just that bad, and shame on whoever runs this food truck.
If you want the absolute worst food in all of Niagra Falls, look no further. But there’s clearly no shortage of competition, and I urge everyone who reads this to look elsewhere for a meal, it’s one of the best decisions you can make.

We were in Nigeria Falls on vacation from the ATL when I came across this food truck smelling oh so good! I ordered the pulled pork and Mac and cheese bowl. 1st the serving was a little small for the price. 2nd the Mac and cheese was very mushy and had little flavor. The corn bread was the best part of the meal and it was cold and hard.

my cut of ribs was delicious and full of meat & flavor! the bbq sauce is sweeter but that’s my preference! smoked to perfection, delicious lemonade & an incredibly satisfying pulled pork sandwich
