I’ve been a loyal customer of BBQ Nite’s Hicksville location for many years, and I’m thrilled to see they’ve opened a new operation in Coram. For those who’ve enjoyed their amazing chicken tikka boti at a competitive price, you’ll be delighted to know you can get the same quality food and service right here in Coram without making the trip to Hicksville. If you’re looking for a delicious Pakistani or Southeast Asian meal, this is definitely the place to go.
Tonight, I ordered buttered naan and butter chicken, and I was thoroughly impressed. The butter chicken was exceptionally tender, fresh, and packed with flavor. For the price, it’s an unbeatable deal. My takeout order came in a generous half-quart container, enough to comfortably feed two to three people, all for just $10 (excluding the naan). The portions are more than satisfying, and the quality is consistent with my expectations from their Hicksville location.
The restaurant itself is cozy, with two bench-style tables available for dine-in. Since they opened just a few months ago, it’s not too busy yet, but I’m confident they’ll attract a lot more customers as word spreads about this hidden gem.
One minor observation is that their naan is slightly denser than what I’m accustomed to—it’s not as light and fluffy as other places. This might be because of their tandoor or another preparation factor, but it’s by no means a dealbreaker. The quality of the food, overall value, and flavor more than make up for it. I genuinely hope they succeed because there’s not much competition in the area that matches their flavor, quantity, and price.

I’ve been coming to bbq nite for a while. The food is amazing but the service needs work. We ordered mixed rolls and told them to get them ready at 5:45 on the phone. I get there and they haven’t even been made and I still had wait over an hour and because of that I almost missed Iftar. They need to hire more staff and they need to learn to prepare the orders on time and there were many other customers waiting and having the same issues and the location is pretty small.

Not just great, impressive! The falafel is the best I’ve ever had in Nassau or Suffolk counties, rice is cooked perfect, goat was delicious and my girlfriend really enjoyed how their Zinger Burger was unique and yummy. If you’re a fan (or very selective) of Middle Eastern food, you MUST try!

I usually take out. Everyone is nice and food quality and tase is good. I usually have mixed bbq grill. Comes with an assortment of chicken tikkas and some chicken kababs. I also had their haleem and biryani, which was also good. I’ve got food from here 4 times and every time food quality is good. They also have kabab rolls, chicken karahis, zinger burgers, etc. I won’t say its got a big est in area but there are about 4 tables which can accolade a party of 4 on each. Good addition of pakistani food in Suffolk county. There are not many here

The place is a little small for eating in but they make up for it in the delicious food. We had the mixed grill, lamb over rice, butter chicken, and buttered naan. Everything was seasoned so well! Will definitely be back.
