In the Summer of 2022, Lori Fly Frame and her husband Joel became the new owners of the BBQ Caboose Café. Lori has been managing, the café for her parents Ken and Samantha for 9 1/2 years and is committed to carrying on a tradition of high-quality southern BBQ and all the great dishes to go along with it! Stop in and see Lori and her wonderful staff for a great meal, and a dose of southern hospitality, and there’s a chance you’ll hear some live country music! 26 years of delicious, homemade food, served up fast on the beautiful, historic Lynchburg, Tennessee square! Alex was our server today & he was so nice and welcoming! The food was amazing especially the piggy Mac n cheese. The atmosphere was also very nice, felt like home 🙂

Great Food! Wonderful Atmosphere! So Fun!
When our 9 year old, very picky eater, autistic son, eats an entire side of baked beans and Mac & cheese – you know it’s good! Our 5 year old daughter and I had a very yummy pizza (half cheese/half pepperoni). My husband ordered the Piggy Mac (pulled pork on top of Mac & cheese)… he raved the rest of afternoon about it! Delicious!!! Oh and we can’t forget to tell you about the toy train running circles above you…it was right up our alley. We will be coming back again soon! Thank you

What a cute place. Sit with others at a table. The best Sweet Tea hubby has had since a previous trip. They brew the sugar in. Yum!!!

Unique place to grab a bite, right on the square in Lynchburg. Very close proximity to the distillery. I got the pulled pork sandwich with potatoe salad. Very friendly staff and I would definitely go back.

Wonderful and no fuss stop with great vegetarian/ vegan options. I was happily surprised by the knowledge of our waitress and the kitchen’s willingness to adapt. Their baked beans are vegan and you can adapt their baked potatoes and pizza for plant-based options. We throughly enjoy the food, the cute country atmosphere, and the train rolling around the joint.
