Got Joe to cater our work appreciation lunch for 200 people and he knocked it out of park. Food tasted amazing, service was fast and everyone raved on how good the brisket and pulled sandwiches were! Caught this truck near Whammers in Washington and it is BY FAR the best BBQ you can get in Washington County. I had the brisket sandwich. The brisket was tender enough to make it to your mouth and then absolutely melt. The sauce is tangy and sweet. The red potato salad had what I think was bacon in it and was delicious. This is my new spot. Also, all meet is Gluten Free.

We used barbecue by Joe for our wedding several weeks ago and it was perfect! We had other food trucks there as well, but his barbecue was the highlight and talk of all of our guests. He was very responsive in working with us prior to the event and making sure it would be exactly what we wanted and needed. And of course, the food was amazing!

My husband and I stopped by his food truck today and it was DELICIOUS I highly recommend! I got his brisket sandwich and my husband got a pulled pork sandwich and they both were so good! We will definitely be back!

My hubs and I ordered the Burnt Ends & the Loaded Mac with pulled pork! It was the BEST lunch I’ve had in a LONG time! The meat was perfectly seasoned & cooked, and the cornbread & sauce in the Loaded Mac were perfection!

Very nice guy. Food was very good. We had the pulled pork and the lamb. Both were very well enjoyed. Only downside was probably the fact that he didn’t have enough customers. Lol. This guy needs some more!
