By far the worst place to eat. We ordered bunch of BBQ items zinger, malai boti, etc and it felt like someone cooked them in their personal kitchen and was reheated then served the soggy food to us. The taste and quality of the food and service was zero. The staff was gossiping and whispering in each other’s ears the whole time in front of customers. We ordered tea and it had at least a whole tea spoon of tea left in the cup. Tables they seat the guests are unstable and wobbly.

The staff member asked us how the food was and we did mention to her it was terrible and asked her why they got horrible reviews on Google. She acted like she isn’t aware of this and came like a new news to her.

Don’t waste your money and time going there.

I ordered 3 chicken and 2 Beef Biryani, presentation was good, but taste was tasteless with sella chawal. (not Basmati rice).
Very disappointed.

“Friendly advice (given like a brother)”
Not everything that shines is gold. You need to focus more on taste than just colorful presentation. You should use proper-quality Basmati rice. Sella rice is the mark of an inexperienced cook—someone who can’t handle real biryani.

Your biryani may look awesome, but in taste it’s not even “B” for biryani. Karachi-style biryani is a whole different level—far beyond this!

We ordered Malai boti and chicken wings with garlic, naan, plain and kulcha they missed out the chicken lollipop that we ordered
The malai boti was soft but the wings were a little spicy to my taste. The best part was the fresh soft and nice.
The mint lemonade that we ordered was half glass when we complained they filled both the glasses to the brim
The customer service was non-satisfactory. I don’t think we can go there again.

Tried BBQ Boys and loved every bite!
I tried their Shinwari Karahi, Biryani, Roll, and Beef Steak — everything was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Their fresh drinks especially the Mango Lassi, was the perfect addition.

Highly recommend visiting this place for a delicious food experience! ️

I had the best Lahori mutton karahi, nihari, and BBQ rolls here! The taste was absolutely incredible, the atmosphere was perfect, and the service was completely on point. Highly recommended!

Really horrible experience.
On Sunday 12/14
I called at 08:03 pm and ordered chicken biryani, I was told it will be ready on 10 minutes via drive through and so I went to pick up and Reached their drive through window to pick up @8:22 no one was there to attend me I had to scream hello, then one person came and told me to wait one minute after waiting for almost 7-8 minutes they brought my order during that time I had view of kitchen so I saw they were warming up something in microwave, at that time I did not know it was my order. So I got my order around 8:32 and I went home. When I opened the box I was able to connect the dots that the biryani was stale and not made fresh today and that’s what they were warming up in microwave.
So I called them and told them whole thing there response was yeah we probably didn’t make biryani today we can give you free tomorrow if we make one. I said also raita(green yogurt) seems old and stale too, to that they responded yeah its from refrigerator.
I can understand they open recently and they haven’t figure out yet but this was just next level of horrible experience.

Last Saturday night jan 31st time 9 Pm food was served at 10 pm, I took seven of my friends to this restaurant, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience.

First of all, we waited for almost one hour for our food. When it finally arrived, the meat was undercooked and not up to the mark at all. The quality was far below expectations, especially considering the strong hype on social media. I personally paid a bill of around $384, and the food quality did not justify the price in any way.

The food server, a very kind lady from Sindh, genuinely tried her best to handle the situation and even offered us complimentary biryani. However, to be very honest, the biryani was also one of the worst I’ve had. Even the karahi failed to meet basic standards.

What hurt the most was feeling embarrassed in front of my friends, because I was the one who recommended this place after watching Instagram reels and PR videos. Sadly, the hype is extremely far from the reality.

To the owner of this restaurant:
Please understand a basic rule of the restaurant and service industry marketing and PR can bring customers once, but only good food brings them back. Instead of investing heavily in promotions, please focus on hiring skilled cooks and improving food quality.

We had a great experience here. The food was well made and the flavor was just perfect. We have had the food truck in the past and I can say with confidence that they haven’t lost their touch. Our server Sehar was great. She checked on us to make sure everything was great and if there was anything we needed. She accommodated all our requests. I would highly recommend.

BBQ Boys has come a long way from its early food-truck days when their crispy parathas and BBQ earned them a solid following. The move to Beechnut had already shifted their original taste, so I was curious to see how their new full restaurant at Highway 6 and W Airport Blvd would perform. They haven’t had their formal opening yet, looks like they may be planning it for Thanksgiving weekend 2025.

I tried a couple of dishes to get a sense of their quality. The Malai Chicken Boti arrived after 25 minutes and unfortunately was dominated by garam masala, masking the mild, creamy flavor it should have. The Shinwari Mutton Karahi took nearly 50 minutes and was a letdown – small portion, overcooked and tough meat, excessive salt and oil, and the masala was cooked to the point that it was actually charred, giving the dish a burnt aftertaste.

One bright spot was the service. Our server, Kamal, was outstanding – extremely courteous, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure guests felt taken care of. His professionalism and positive attitude were truly impressive.

The ambiance of the restaurant is pleasant and welcoming, but to sustain the business and revive the name they built with their food truck, BBQ Boys will need to seriously focus on improving the taste, consistency, and overall quality of the food.
