Like most BBQ joints they have a sampler platter where you can try multiple meats. I love smoked turkey, but they were unfortunately out . I got half a chicken and BBQ pork loin. They were good. The fries were delicious and the mac n cheese was adequate. Service was superb. Parking was ample.

The food is amazing. My husband was very impressed with the burnt ends. Hash and rice is *chef’s kiss*. The staff is helpful, efficient and friendly. The dining room is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend BBQ Barn.

Brisket was dry, only thing i can say the price was good for the amount of food you got. Asked for a half a pound of Brisket and got two slices. I know dammn well a half of a pound is more than two slices. The ribs were tender, but I don’t like mine like that. And all the food need more seasoning. And another thing we asked for bbq sauce, the guy at the window said it was in the bag. The homemade sauce, had us believing that’s the only sauce they had. Reading reviews show they had multiple sauces! So it seems like they don’t want us to come back. We’ll you got your wish. Never again!!!

Tried the sampler plate with brisket and pulled pork. Excellent! The owner was walking around I we told him it was our first time and brought us a little sample of their sausage and burnt ends. Excellent! Sauces are good too and food overall at a reasonable price for the quality and portions. Found my new BBQ place.

My wife and I are full time RVr’s from the Seattle area and happen to be in Augusta for a few weeks with a hunger for BBQ.
The drive thru worked well for us.
We were blown away at the portion sizes vs. cost. Very tasty food and sides. Very impressed with the collared greens. The sauces were only ok as far as my taste goes but I still ate it. I’ve never had hush puppies, these were so tasty with a nice honey sweetness. Wife had burnt brisket ends, I had a rack of ribs. Some sides and dessert in total we spent about $50. Can’t wait for the leftovers.
Thank you!

It had been a while since we ate here, now I remember why. 2 plates & 1 sandwich was almost $50 & the fries were so dry & hard, that you couldn’t eat them. Very disappointing, especially for the price

Was pleasantly surprised both with the quality of the food and the speed with which we were served our meal. For the price, we got a substantial amount of food. The BBQ options are tasty. The interior of the restaurant is rather quaintly decorated. A lot of people use the drive thru to get their food orders too, but you might expect a longer line in your car than in the store because we got our food within 5 minutes of ordering. Would recommend their hash and rice. Wife had their ribs, and said they were cooked very evenly and tenderly. Be aware of their operating hours, they’re not open every day during the week.

Had the bbq ribs. Taste like vinegar poured on them. I didn’t like that. The beans and potato salad was good. The cakes were good. My girlfriend had the hash. She liked it.

Excellent BBQ! The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender and packed with flavor. One of the best BBQ meals I’ve had in a while.

This drive thru BBQ restaurant is quick, easy and has decent BBQ. The brisket was very good. They have lots of seating inside if you prefer dine in over drive thru. Food is served up plated. Picnic style. Funky old signs and a couple of TVs make the dining room interesting. They have a walk up counter for ordering and bring food to your table. Self-serve pump-action dispensers offer up a nice selection of southern classic sauces. Loved the Carolina Hot Mustard and my Mom liked the mild Georgia Red. Reasonably priced plates and sandwiches. Had the pulled pork and two sides with bread. 10 bucks.
