Fantastic hidden gem! We were in town for a youth hockey tournament and had some time between games. This place stood out to us because they had, well – beers, bites, and games (BBG). We were the only ones there, which is sad because it’s such a cool place. Games were super fun for our 8 yo, the food was terrific, very clean and fun atmosphere. It does take a little bit to get your food, so it’s not a quick stop, but when you get your food you understand why. Homemade and freshly prepared. Show this place some love!

The food is amazing but everytime my boyfriend and I go there it takes 45 minutes to an hour to get our food. Every time we go it is 100% empty and it still takes forever. Today it took a full hour to get even our bread appetizer and our waitress/bartender was on her phone behind the bar the entire time. I had to wait for her to look up and make eye contact before I got a refill of my drink. I also had to go up and ask when our appetizer would be ready because we had been there so long (literally an hour) with no update. Pictures attached of her on her phone. She literally was just on her phone for the entire time.

We stopped in to BBGs last night for the first time. We arrived right around 5 to an empty restaurant- not a soul sitting at a table, and only a few people sitting at the bar. We picked a table and sat down, and the server brought us over menus and took our drink orders. She was very quick to return with our drinks and to take our food order. Our entire order was mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders, and a burger. It took over 40minutes for the food to come out (mind you the restaurant was still empty). They charge $13 for an order of mozzarella sticks, and there were 5 little sticks on the plate with a small dish of marinara. The chicken tenders though – that’s what got me. 4 of the tiniest little pieces of chicken on a plate of fries and they charge $13. That wasn’t even half of a chicken breast. Needless to say, we won’t be returning. I understand that the cost of food has gone up, but that was outrageous.

This place is great, they’ve updated their games. They have great food and craft beers. The place is basically spotless. Nice eating area. I always enjoy going here to play some games and have a few beers ! You can bring your kids to play the games, a very family friendly establishment.

Whike in the area visiting our son, My husband & I stopped by BBG’s sports bar in New Hartford. . This was our first visit to BBG’S. The atmosphere is very warm & inviting. There are plenty of beer on tap, Cocktails, etc.. they have a nice menu with a variety of items to choose from. We had the loaded fries and fried pickles, both were delicious. There are plenty of game machines to keep you busy, and a pool table. We met Chris, one of the owners of the bar. She was very Nice. This place is a must visit if in the area, you will definitely enjoy all they have to offer.

My brother suggested that we eat here. I was pleasantly. surprised how delicious the food tasted, made fresh on site. The service was excellent. The games they have in here look pretty cool to try.
