This catering company is incredible. They are responsive and easy to work with, and chef Emily is a creative wonder in the kitchen! We described what we wanted and she created a unique and elevated menu. Everything tasted delicious and our guests raved about the food! From setup to take down they were true professionals in delivery as well. Thank you Team Brussel!!! Only thing to keep in mind is that we did not get a tasting, as they only had one date available in the year that we were not available for- luckily they surpassed our expectations even without getting to try it first.

Emily, Deb, and the rest of the Brussel crew were one of the most incredible parts of our special day. I’m a bride with celiac, my husband has a hazelnut allergy, and 20 of our 49 guests had dietary restrictions, so knew catering for our group was going to be a HUGE task. I reached out to the Brussel based on them listing an entirely GF menu on their website and they were extremely helpful, professional, and timely with all our correspondence leading up to the wedding. They made the most amazing food for our cocktail hour and dinner!

I love this place. I am vegan and my wife is not. We can each get something from them and have a great prepared meal when we get home. They have been great about letting me know when recipes are vegan on the menu and even trying to make some not vegan dish’s vegan. Highly recommended for a delicious meal made by wonderful people.
